The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for owning and evolving the CI/CD ecosystem for combine software. This role ensures high-quality, reliable, and scalable software delivery pipelines by driving release quality, deployment governance, and version control practices.
The position plays a critical role in enabling efficient and consistent software delivery across programs, supporting platform scalability, and reinforcing engineering discipline aligned with AGCO's software and automation strategy.

**Your Impact**
+ Own and manage the end-to-end CI/CD ecosystem for combine software development, designing, implementing, and continuously improving automated build, integration, testing, and deployment pipelines while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
+ Plan, govern, and execute firmware/software releases across multiple ECUs, managing versioning, hardware-software dependencies, validation controls, deployment readiness, and alignment with vehicle build and validation milestones to ensure high-quality, traceable releases.
+ Define and enforce governance, compliance, change management, version control, branching strategies, configuration management, traceability, auditability, and repository integrity across software development and deployment activities.
+ Collaborate with software, systems, tests, and platform teams to align CI/CD processes with engineering needs, provide technical leadership on DevOps tools and best practices, and drive adoption of CI/CD capabilities across global teams.
+ Drive continuous improvement by resolving complex build, integration, and deployment challenges, optimizing DevOps processes, monitoring pipeline performance, mitigating delivery risks, and improving software quality, release cadence, and operational efficiency.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
+ Strong experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software automation in complex systems.
+ Proven expertise with build systems, version control tools, and deployment automation.
+ Experience in embedded or large-scale product software environments preferred.
+ Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and system integration.

The Category Buyer is responsible for managing the sourcing of multiple sub-categories within a broader category. This role ensures supplier strategy alignment, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and risk management while supporting the overall category strategy led by the Global Category Manager Procurement and Regional Category Manager Procurement.

The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised form the Field, collecting information from technical cases, warranty claims and transfer into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams ( Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Design Engineering, Customer support). He/she will get in contact with Supplier if need for issue resolution, especially for topic related to Product Problem Resolution (PPR). He/she will have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders.
**Your Impact:**
+ **Product Problem Resolution (PPR) Support:** Responsible for supporting the Issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/ manufacturing Eng. / Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.
+ **Warranty claims analysis and actions follow up:** Responsible for monitor the claims submitted by dealers. Investigate and take actions into factory for the fast issue resolution

AGCO is seeking a talented Field Mechanical Technician to join our Engineering Department. This role is ideal for a skilled mechanic interested in working full-vehicle to combine harvesters within a flexible, team-based engineering and prototyping environment, with opportunities to travel across Europe.
In this role, you will play a key part in building, modifying, and diagnosing combines, headers, and test equipment. You will also support field validation activities, including operating and testing harvesting equipment during the harvest season.

**Your Impact**
+ Perform high-quality mechanical assembly, modification, and troubleshooting on prototype combines and agricultural systems to support engineering builds and product development programs.
+ Interpret engineering prints, CAD models, schematics, technical drawings and engineering instructions to execute machine assembly. Install, inspect, and integrate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components on prototypes, ensuring functionality and readiness for testing.
+ Support prototype validation and debugging by identifying issues, performing rework, and providing practical feedback to engineering teams.
+ Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build, test, and refine combined systems with a focus on performance, durability, and continuous improvement.
+ Drive and operate prototype combines in field conditions, conducting testing and validation activities at partner farms located across Europe. Travel to test locations to support field test engineers, gather performance data, and provide hands-on feedback regarding machine operation, reliability, and operator experience.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing or assembling agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or similar mechanical systems in a manufacturing, engineering, or field environment.
+ High school diploma or equivalent in mechanical skills relevant to equipment maintenance.
+ Interest in learning and cross-training in Electrical & machine software installation is a plus but not required. Experience with Outlook, Excel, word for communication, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
+ Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and technicians. Ability and willingness to operate and test agricultural machinery (combines preferred) in field environments; valid car driver's license required; truck license is preferred.
+ Willingness to travel across Europe to support field testing and validation activities at partner farm locations. English basic knowledge required at minimum.

The Technical Assistant supports the Vice President Manufacturing Global Harvesting by coordinating cross‑functional activities, managing global and plant‑level projects, and providing strategic, analytical, and operational support. The role drives project governance, prepares decision-making materials, analyzes manufacturing processes across sites, and ensures effective communication and alignment among international stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of the Harvesting manufacturing network.
**Your Impact**
+ Manage global initiatives using standardized plans, milestones, risk logs, and reporting; lead cross-functional coordination; prepare charters, KPIs, dashboards; facilitate meetings and ensure documentation, tracking, and standardization.
+ Assist leadership in plant network strategy; consolidate performance data; prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and analyses; organize key reviews, workshops, and executive visits.
+ Support CI initiatives by coordinating workshops, tracking benefits, and consolidating inputs; drive digital manufacturing adoption through training, communication, and progress tracking.
+ Develop structured reports and updates; ensure alignment across global stakeholders; foster collaboration through clear communication, follow-ups, and transparency.
+ Independently manage analytical workstreams, contribute to global teams, and support operational decision-making with data-driven insights.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, or similar fields.
+ Experience or strong interest in Manufacturing, ideally in complex industrial/agricultural machinery environments.
+ Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2/Agile is a plus).
+ Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and O365 collaboration tools.
+ Excellent level of English.
+ Availability for global travel.
