**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as Design Manager on data centre projects, leading the electrical design scope from concept, through detailed design, to construction support and closeout.
+ Remain hands on in electrical design, providing technical leadership and ownership of critical design aspects for mission critical facilities.
+ Lead and coordinate electrical engineers and SMEs as part of a multidisciplinary design team on both large and small projects.
+ Manage design deliverables, resources, schedules, and quality across assigned projects.
+ Provide expert technical guidance and mentoring to the DC Design & Engineering team.
+ Develop, implement, and uphold electrical design quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
+ Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, reports, and specifications, undertaking and facilitating formal peer reviews.
+ Act as a client facing technical lead, attending and contributing to client, contractor, and Eaton internal meetings.
+ Lead project teams during value engineering, optioneering, and technical decision making stages.
+ Participate in and lead project site visits to monitor, review, and resolve electrical installation and commissioning matters.
+ Collaborate with project management, commercial, and construction teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
+ BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree is preferred.
+ 8-10 Years of Experience.
**Skills:**
Proven experience delivering the **full suite of electrical engineering services for mission critical facilities** , including (but not limited to):
+ MV and LV power distribution;
+ Transformers;
+ UPS and standby generation systems.
+ Strong knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and accepted industry best practices.
+ Experience undertaking value engineering and integrating new technologies to deliver cost effective, resilient client solutions.
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous, but not essential.
+ Fluent **Spanish and/or Italian & English required** .

Eaton's Mobility Group is looking for a **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team at the **Bosconero Valves Plant (Turin)** , welcoming applications from both **early‑career engineers and experienced professionals** . In this role, you will collaborate with skilled engineers and cross‑functional teams to support change management and new product launches for valve manufacturing from production engineering side.
Depending on your experience level, you will have the opportunity to build strong technical foundations or take on greater ownership and impact, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. You will be involved in engineering projects, process and equipment performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and new machines installation, within a collaborative and performance‑driven manufacturing environment.
**What you'll do:**
+ Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.
+ Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues.
+ Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets.
+ Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing.
+ Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products.
+ Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background.
+ Previous experience in a similar also as an intern is a plus. We are happy to consider candidates at all career stages, including recent or soon‑to‑be graduates, as well as professionals with more experience. The role and responsibilities will be shaped to reflect the individual's background and development needs.
**Skills:**
+ Understanding of technical drawings
+ Solid knowledge of general mechanics
+ General knowledge of industrial‑scale production processes (e.g. heat treatment, welding, grinding, etc.)
