As a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering you take the ownership of initiatives in strict synergy with the Supplier Quality Manager and the execution team within the Fuel Control Safety Solutions-FCSS business. In this role, you will follow an individual working plan, meet initiatives related objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
As a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for:
+ Lead initiatives and actions in close collaboration with the business Global Supplier Quality Leader and staff with a significantly high impact on the organization
+ Preparation of Scorecard Review for all production facilities
+ Preparation of monthly Supplier Quality metrics and reporting
+ Benchmarking with other business lines to capture best practices
+ Creation and deployment of QMS standards
+ Scout business processes opportunities for automation (eg via generative AI) and finalize Business Cases
+ Drive complex suppliers' related problem solving activities across the sites
+ Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of Supplier Quality Development Plan
+ Manage effective communication between the project execution team (e.g., Buyer, Fulfillment, Project Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Engineer, etc.) and suppliers, to ensure quality and on-time delivery execution.

As Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs.
The Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management is responsible for:
+ Contribute to develop and execute long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI
+ Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectives.
+ For New Product Development, drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategy
+ Partner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity
+ Develop negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership
+ Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs
+ Develop Procurement initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC Procurement and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)
+ Leverage S&OP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals

To be successful in this role you will:
+ Have a Bachelor's/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management
+ 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain is preferred
+ Be fluent in English and Italian, both in writing and speaking
+ Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
+ Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
+ Have good oral and written communication skills
+ Have a positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity
+ **Available to live in Talamona (SO) or to travel in Talamona for 1 week per month**
