**Job Summary:**
The Operations Team Leader is responsible for effectively managing production and packaging operators and developing collaborative partnerships with colleagues. Delivering the agreed to business and plant results while maintaining positive employee relations. The primary accountabilities of the role include daily production schedule adherence, quality, EHS, logistics, production financial performance, labor relations, people and team development.
The Operations Team Leader has to be an effective and valuable member of the Production team, to ensure delivery of plant business results. The Operations Team Leader works within a structure that requires considerable interaction with his reports as well as with the other functions. Guides and empowers teams in the implementation of the plant strategy and FP&R initiatives.
**Essential job functions:**
Accountable for the quality and productivity of the production department and its ability to deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers
Manage the people, materials and equipment to deliver maintenance performance objectives, as measured by plant KPI's
Manages the Performance Enhancement Process when subordinates do not meet the expectations
Manages absenteeism as Case Manager in cooperation with HR Tracks and analyzes variances associated with materials or finished products
Ensures compliance with policies/procedures for staffing, shift schedule, vacation scheduling, and training to meet business needs including peak production periods Implements FP&R and other continuous improvement programs within the plant.
Manages the development and implementation of the daily production schedule in a way that ensures high levels of service to internal and external customers Identifies, recommends and implements manufacturing cost reduction programs Executes new technology within the production area
Delivering input on both capital and operating budgets
Communicates and implements the local Supply Chain vision, mission, strategy and objectives within the plant Ensures effective communication within the teams Empowers subordinates by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals and delegation, to ensure the development of people, teams and organizational capabilities
Implements strategies within the production department to consistently manufacture and ensure the quality of finished goods
Develops and implement appropriate margin improvement initiatives
Accountable for adhering to CP/Hill's, local and governmental guidelines related to EHS, Quality and Regulatory
**Education:**
Engineer Degree or similar
**Experience:**
2-5 years of production Experience

_The Junior Automation Technician is responsible for developing, designing, building, planning, executing and closing automation and Continuous Improvement projects through cross functional team collaboration._
_Performing (preventive) maintenance, modifications and repairs of all automated production systems._ _The primary accountabilities of the role are to ensure high reliability and productivity of the machinery and automated production systems, safety, automation, data collection, troubleshooting, continuous improvement and to provide IT support._ _The Junior Automation Technician has to be an effective and valuable member of the plant engineering and maintenance teams, to ensure delivery of plant business results working within a structure that requires considerable interaction with his team as well as production units. He/She supports other plant functions guiding and empowering people in the implementation of the plant strategy._
**Essential Job functions:**
+ Develop and coordinate automation project planning, execution and closing;
+ Participate in Project Management Plans and Processes (cost, schedule, communication, resources, scope, risk, etc.);
+ Provide local strategic decisions support in annual (Capital Expense Budget & Operational) planning processes in terms of opportunities and prioritization;
+ Where required coordinate installation, commissioning, start up collaborating with suppliers, end users, plant operation team, maintenance team, plant engineering team and others as required;
+ Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems within the plant and execute hands on integration assignments on site;
+ Provide the technical expertise and act as the site Subject Matter Expert on robotic equipment;
+ Maintain,develop and improve the Plant Floor Systems by modifications of PLC, SCADA and HMI applications;
+ Identifying, analyzing and solving (potential) problems / malfunctions of the Plant Floor Systems;
+ Research and advise with regard to the (automated) production systemsShares knowledge and develop skills of others (in team) and actively participates in continuous learning opportunities;
+ Takes initiatives to optimize working activities;
+ Understand and apply company standards including Safety, Food Safety, Sustainability, Performance, Reliability, Finance, Security and Risk Management.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor in Automation Engineering;
+ Work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food)
**Experience:**
+1 years of engineering experiences in integration, production or supply chain environments with an automation focus

Contract Logistics Trainee works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will support adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations. The Contract Logistics Trainee, by following the guidance of the Manager, will learn to keep the relationship with the customer by providing and requesting information regarding the warehouse and the customer's needs. With this aim, She/He will understand to interact with the Transport planners and Data Analyst to provide additional information regarding shipments, billings, and discrepancies in other to contribute to the fulfilment of the customer's requests.
Main responsibilities:
While shadowing team members and under the supervision of the Contract Logistics Manager:
+ He/She will contribute to develop and establish a strong and solid relationship with the customer and internal stakeholders, just to ensure an accurate, consistent, and timely info communication between departments and with the customer
+ He/She will understand to facilitate the management of the warehouse goods workflow and find a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders needs, transfer information regarding shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc. between KN departments and the client
+ He/She will help on reporting activities, implementing dashboards and develop other easy to understand ways to communicate information related to shipments, billing, and discrepancies, to provide information quickly and efficiently
+ Samely, he/she will help calculate weekly KPIs and measure operational performances

Your Role:
The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.
Main Responsabilities:
+ Support daily operations, monitoring orders' progress
+ Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations' performance
+ Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints
+ Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Skills:
+ Master's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
+ Advanced skills in Excel and MS office tools
+ Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
+ Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
+ Ability to work both in a team and independently, with flexibility and initiative
+ Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment will be considered a plus
+ Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
+ Job Location is Mantova (MN)
