About the Job
  • Lead and manage all daily hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and staff/product performance.
  • Tasked to support the setting and implementation of operational budget and hotel business plan together with the hotel owner and TUI Group Hotels & Resorts, implementing recommendations for revenue improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty.
  • Ensure that TUI product quality and service standards are met in all areas.
  • Coordinate across departments to guarantee smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety and hygiene standards as per the TUI hotel brand guidelines.
  • Support in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally, enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. Reporting during the transition year to the owner and coordinating the refurbishment and re‑branding with the TUI corporate office.
About You
  • Proven experience in hotel operations/general management or similar hospitality management role, preferably within a fast‑paced hotel environment.
  • Previous experience in new hotel openings and/or major refurbishments, with a proven ability to set up operations, recruit and train teams, and launch successfully.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Able to inspire confidence and influence change.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • In‑depth understanding of hotel management systems and operational processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal English is required for this role. Local and additional languages are highly advantageous.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily front office operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your Mission


We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Rome. Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Rome.

In this role, you will:



  • Conduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies

  • Collaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests

  • Supervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness

  • Keep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers

  • Remain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur

  • Have an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head

  • Have a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre & post opening of any new hospitality units as the need arises
