Responsabilità chiave :

  • Pianificazione strategica: sviluppo e implementazione di piani operativi strategici per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali, tra cui il miglioramento della soddisfazione degli ospiti, l'ottimizzazione della redditività e il miglioramento della reputazione del brand.
  • Supervisione operativa: Supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane di tutti gli hotel ed outlet di gruppo e relativi dipartimenti tra cui reception, housekeeping, F&B, manutenzione.
  • Garanzia di qualità: garantire l'attuazione coerente degli standard e delle procedure in tutte le proprietà, mantenendo alti i livelli di servizio e qualità per gli ospiti.
  • Gestione delle prestazioni: monitoraggio degli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI), analisi dei dati e identificazione delle aree di miglioramento delle operazioni.
  • Gestione dei costi: gestione dei budget, controllo delle spese operative e identificazione delle misure di risparmio sui costi.
  • ·Gestione del personale: Supervisione e sviluppo del personale alberghiero, garantendo adeguati programmi di formazione e sviluppo e promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo.
  • Gestione dei fornitori: negoziazione di contratti con fornitori e fornitori, garantendo qualità ed economicità.
  • Gestione del rischio: identificazione e mitigazione dei potenziali rischi operativi e garanzia della conformità alle normative e alle politiche pertinenti.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your Mission


We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Rome. Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Rome.

In this role, you will:



  • Conduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies

  • Collaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests

  • Supervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness

  • Keep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers

  • Remain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur

  • Have an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head

  • Have a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre & post opening of any new hospitality units as the need arises

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team on eye level, fostering both professional and personal development through coaching and regular feedback sessions, while creating a positive team atmosphere as a role model
  • Ensure effective duty and holiday schedules as well as smooth work processes; think “out of the box” and critically question existing processes
  • Take charge of daily operations, roll up your sleeves, actively join in, lead briefings, and demonstrate what exceptional service truly means
  • Live the Ruby Spirit and ensure execution of internal styles and quality standards
  • Support the Hotel Manager in recruiting the best talents and build a strong team
  • Handle monthly closings, inventories, invoice control, payroll preparations, and regular orders for F&B and operating supplies (SOE)
  • Ensure order and compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal regulations
  • Monitor guest feedback, concerns or complaints and respond with creative and charming solutions to ensure guests feel at home and want to revisit
Qualifications
  • Completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or a degree in hospitality or business administration
  • Experience in an operational leadership role or similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
  • Good knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management
  • A motivating and charismatic leader; authentic and loyal, both a team lead and team player
  • A warm and welcoming personality with strong communication skills
  • A knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in Italian and English
