Riportando al maitre della struttura la risorsa selezionata si occuperà di: -Assicurare e/o organizzare l’allestimento della sala da pranzo e dei tavoli, curandone la funzionalità e l’estetica;
- Accogliere l’ospite, accompagnandolo al tavolo, presentando il menù e la carta dei vini, suggerendo i migliori abbinamenti e gestendo il servizio al tavolo.
Parla fluentemente inglese e preferibilmente anche una seconda lingua straniera. E’ una persona curata, dotata di senso estetico, attento ai dettagli e alla qualità. Sa ascoltare, vendere i prodotti del ristorante e lavorare sia in team sia autonomamente.

**Les hôtels MEININGER recherchent un agent du service clientèle catégories protégées (f/m/d) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Milan. Il sera chargé de répondre aux demandes des clients internationaux par téléphone et par courrier.**

**VOS TÂCHES**:
- Traiter rapidement et avec précision les réservations de nos clients (du voyageur individuel au petit groupe jusqu'à 11 personnes) dans tous nos hôtels MEININGER.
- Être le premier point de contact de nos clients avant leur séjour et leur faire vivre une expérience agréable grâce à des conversations amicales et orientées vers le client.
- Proposer à nos clients des services supplémentaires fournis par MEININGER ou nos partenaires.
- Traiter les paiements, les annulations et les réclamations en aidant nos clients à trouver la meilleure solution.
- Ajuster la distribution des chambres dans tous les sites MEININGER pour optimiser le taux d'occupation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements : Revenu, Ventes et Ventes de groupe
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Formation professionnelle et minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'hôtellerie ou un centre de services
- Forte orientation client, excellentes capacités de communication et sens du multiculturalisme.
- Esprit d'équipe, s'adaptant avec souplesse aux nouvelles situations.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la gestion du temps et capacité à traiter des demandes multiples dans des délais très courts.
- Maîtrise de l'Anglais et de l'Allemand ou du Français (min. C1)
- Excellentes compétences en informatique, connaissance du PMS ou du système de réservation (par exemple, Sihot ou ASSD).
- Flexibilité pour travailler les jours de semaine et occasionnellement le week-end, en début ou en fin de journée.
