This position is part of the commercial sales team located in Europe and will be fully remote responsible for the Southern Europe region comprising of Spain, Portugal & Italy. • Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, academic and government organizations in the assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding, quarterly and yearly key performance metrics and goals

• Manage opportunity and sales pipeline data in CRM system and utilize the CRM tool to routinely provide accurate and up to date forecasts, delivering visibility to new revenue opportunities, projecting revenue recognition for the quarter and year

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree in Biotechnology or Biology OR, in the absence of a degree, several years of client-facing sales experience in the cell and gene therapy industry

• 5 years sales experience

• Broad technical understanding in the field of molecular and cell biology, with a clear understanding of biotherapeutics, including nucleic acids, gene editing, DNA plasmids, mRNA therapeutics, viral vector technologies, CAR-T, etc.

• Demonstrated experience in developing territory and business development plans which serve to expand the business and generate incremental revenue with new clients

• Ready and prepared to travel across the geographical area of responsibility to visit current and potential customers, to USA for yearly meetings and trainings when necessary

• Fluent in English language skills, Spanish & Italian fluency is an advantage

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.

You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass specs and related HPLCs.
This position works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory, preferably located in Northern Italy, western part of Lombardia or eastern part of Piemonte. Assigned territory will be mainly Lombardia and Piemonte.

The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Lombardy.   The role itself is fully remote.

This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
• Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
• Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training
• Observe market and competitor’s activities to influence company sales strategies
• Execute marketing and sales strategies

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian market
• Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
• Basic knowledge of Italian health care system
• Fluency in Italian; fluent English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• 60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required
• Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Interventional Radiology experience
• Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape
