To support this exciting journey, we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Buyer to join our team and help shape the future of our sourcing strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Contribute to the development and execution of our sourcing strategy in line with business goals
Identify opportunities and critical issues in procurement flows , proposing concrete solutions
Constantly scout the market to discover new suppliers through fairs, meetings and research
Lead negotiations and manage renewals , ensuring optimal terms and full compliance
Monitor supplier performance and ensure transparency across all purchasing agreements
Analyze trends and data to anticipate needs and optimize the purchasing portfolio
Co-develop seasonal assortments with the Product team to keep our offer fresh and on-point
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail and Product Development teams
Create and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor purchasing performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
4-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Retail or Food industry
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted supplier relationships
Analytical mindset and confidence in handling data-driven decisions
Experience with contract management and procurement systems
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent English and Italian is a must, other languages are a plus
You’re curious, ambitious and always looking for ways to improve
