The

We are
looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the

agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a
hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open
ecosystem.
What You Will Do
This role
requires a mix of business development, market intelligence, and
product management expertise, aimed at driving category
growth.
As Business Manager SDA you need to be proactive,
analytical and commercially driven, aligned with Haier Europe’s core
values.
- Collect and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor intelligence for the categories.
- Monitor market share, price index, and performance KPIs to provide strategic inputs.
- Define local market positioning and value propositions for the product lines.
- Support the development and enhancement of the product range based on market gaps, opportunities, and consumer needs.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to define and implement the value proposition and launch materials.
- Provide strategic support to the Sales team and ensure coherence with quarterly and annual objectives.
- Define pricing strategies for SDA and ensure alignment with market positioning.
- Define the right selection of product range to be addressed in the market and help to prepare the budget by product
- Provide strategic support to Business Director to drive the Sales team on sales targets (volume, mix and profitability), ensuring coherence with quarterly and annual budgets and actively driving sales growth
- Collect feedback from clients on product and/or service expectations and collaborate in the sales forecast process
- Define and own the product roadmap for SDA
Must have
Education: Degree in Economics, Management or related field.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, or commercial roles in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Excellent knowledge of
Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with decision-making ability
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the
ability to lead cross-functional activities.
