The CREDIT SPECIALIST is responsible for Credit Management in its most complete sense i.e. optimizing cash flows, promptly facilitating the resolution of disputes, and making contributions to business development while keeping constant focus on DSO performance.
This position reports to the Senior Emea Credit Manager and is part of the Emea Center of Excellence in Credit Management located in Buccinasco (Milano) and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Credit Management
- To manage the cash collection procedure to improve cash flow and reduce delays in payments.
- Release blocked orders in accordance to LBS Credit Policy
- Investigate disputes, identify root causes and follow up the escalation process
Risk Management
- Assess credit risk of potential and existing customers and make recommendations of credit limits (new and ongoing)
- analyze credit data and financial statements
Based on her/his language and professional skills, she/he will be involved to manage a customer portfolio consisting of Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals and Clinics, and Regional Distributors among different Emea’s countries.

The European Program Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a key role within the implementation team, their primary role will be to develop a Project Management Office for Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and standard work to the regional Project Managers, for the timely and successful deliver of implementation projects on time and within budget. The PMO will develop solutions that enable a common view and risk assessment of all implementation projects at the European Leadership level. They will share and leverage best practice across the different countries.
The projects will focus on successful implementation of complex strategically important solutions into healthcare laboratories across Europe and cross functional European projects that will deliver continuous improvement solutions for Beckman and our Customers.
This position is part of the Customer Care Organization and will be remote within Europe (preference will be given to UK and Italy). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create standard work for planning program design, monitoring progress, resolving issues and applying counter measures using Danaher Business Systems (DBS)
- Coordinating, chairing and minuting of Program meetings sharing best practice across Europe
- Measuring and reporting project progress, including the risk management process across Europe
- Ensure successful internal/external customer events by installing and ensuring compliance to the Danaher Business Systems tools (DBS)
- Act as an escalation within nominated Programs
- Travel requirement up to 50%
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Recognized, formal, Program Management Qualification or similar
- Experienced Program Manager used to handle large, complex program & projects like managing physical installation of products as well as the implementation of services
- Program & Project governance experience, maintain documentation and records leading through influence with strong ability to operate within a matrix environment
- Fluent English and Italian
- Excellent communication skills, able to write meeting minutes and strong responses to tender questions

The Customer Technical Support Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible coordinating the dispatching of service technicians, managing logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.
This position is part of the Customer Care Organisation located in Italy and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Customer Technical Support Organisation and report to the Italy Customer Support Manager responsible for managing all elements of the call centre and subsequent field resource activities to meet customers expectations . In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prioritize and schedule/ dispatch field service resources based on availability, skill set, and geographic location.
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of diagnostic equipment and parts to service locations in line with established processes ensuring that all necessary tools, parts, and documentation are available for service technicians before dispatch.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with managers, service technicians, customers, and internal departments.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, or customer service role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Speak European languages, at least Italian and English plus another
- This role will be an onsite role
