**Contesto aziendale**

Un’importante realtà italiana del settore **dolciario,**fortemente vocata all'**export**, con una consolidata presenza sui **mercati internazionali** e una forte identità legata alla tradizione produttiva artigianale, sta per essere acquisita da un fondo di investimento. Obiettivo dell’operazione è avviare un **ambizioso processo di trasformazione**, volto a raddoppiare il fatturato entro tre anni e a costruire un gruppo alimentare strutturato attraverso **strategie di crescita organica e per linee esterne (M&A)**.

**Posizione**:
Per guidare questa nuova fase, siamo alla ricerca di un **CEO di nuova nomina**, con esperienza in trasformazioni manageriali e forte visione strategica, in grado di traghettare l’azienda verso una nuova fase di sviluppo, garantendo equilibrio tra la cultura imprenditoriale esistente e le logiche di governance del fondo.

**Principali responsabilità**
- Guidare e implementare il piano industriale condiviso con il fondo, garantendo crescita profittevole e sostenibile.
- Trasformare l’organizzazione da struttura padronale a modello manageriale, con l’adozione di processi e sistemi strutturati, mantenendo l’agilità decisionale.
- Assicurare una gestione efficace della governance, rappresentando un punto di equilibrio tra il fondo investitore e i soci fondatori rimasti in minoranza.
- Sviluppare il business sul mercato internazionale, rafforzando la presenza commerciale e distributiva dell’azienda.
- Condurre attività di scouting e integrazione di nuove realtà da acquisire, in linea con il piano di crescita per M&A.
- Definire e supervisionare la strategia commerciale e marketing, promuovendo l’ampliamento del portafoglio prodotti e l’ingresso in nuovi canali.
- Supervisionare tutte le funzioni aziendali (operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance) assicurando un’implementazione coerente con gli obiettivi strategici.
- Costruire e rafforzare un team manageriale di alto livello, favorendo lo sviluppo della leadership interna e promuovendo una cultura della performance.
- Garantire il controllo economico-finanziario dell’azienda, in sinergia con il CFO e con il board.
- Gestire il rapporto strategico con il fondo e con i soci fondatori ancora presenti nel capitale.

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza consolidata come CEO/General Manager nel settore food, preferibilmente nel comparto dolciario o nella produzione di biscotti industriali di marca o private label.
- Track record documentato in progetti di trasformazione aziendale, in contesti familiari o padronali, con passaggio verso modelli di governance manageriale.
- Esperienza nella relazione con fondi di investimento e nella gestione della coesistenza tra governance istituzionalizzata e presenza di soci storici.
- Visione strategica internazionale, con esperienza nella gestione di mercati esteri e canali export.
- Eccellenti competenze commerciali e di business development, anche su canali GDO, Horeca/industrial, Retail, Online e Private Label.
- Esperienza diretta in operazioni di M&A, integrazione post-acquisizione e consolidamento industriale.
- Leadership imprenditoriale, orientamento al risultato e capacità di motivare e guidare il cambiamento organizzativo
- Esperienza in contesti di exit, con competenze nella valorizzazione aziendale e nella gestione dei processi con advisor, investitori e potenziali acquirenti.
- Eccellenti competenze in lingua inglese, gradite altre competenze linguistiche.

About the Role

We are looking for two highly proactive sales colleagues for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
  • Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
  • Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
  • Business travel to customer and to our market related fair or event

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers are sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine&spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in English
  • Solid computer skills using MS office software

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. Job description: On behalf of the UGREEN brand, carry out business development, mainly develop channels related to NAS&Accessory products, integrate internal resources of the company, and develop customers in different channels including CE, IT and B2B Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the channel development of NAS&Accessory products in Italy; 2. Develop and implement the sales plan for NAS products in Italy and complete the sales target; 3. Visit customers regularly to maintain good customer relationship; 4. Follow up the NAS product projects, meet the demands of customers; 5. Synchronize the latest market feedback for NAS&Accessories with HQ; 6. Coordinate Chinese and European marketing teams to increase sales and brand awareness; 7. Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows etc.

Qualifications: 1. Have solid NAS related products knowledge, bachelor degree or above; 2. Understand the European Network&NAS product channels, have certain Channel&Distributor resources; 3. Native speaker level of communication and negotiation skills in Italian. Professional level in English; 4. More than 3 years of NAS&Storage products experience in the distribution or sales channel; 5. Accept business trips in Italy.
