Position

Within the Chief Risk Officer area, the resource will actively collaborate with the Group Data Office and support the CRO Management in the following activities:

  • Application of data governance requirements within the reference area:
    • Definition/update of business taxonomies and dictionaries
    • Definition/update of data quality control register and incident monitoring
    • Definition/update of business lineage and support for technical and vertical lineage implementation
  • Support for the implementation of the data governance framework, ensuring compliance with current regulations;
  • Contribution to the definition and application of policies and procedures for proper data management;
  • Collaboration with internal bank structures (GDO, IT) for the evolution of data architecture supporting risk measurement;
  • Drafting and updating project documentation, sharing content, and monitoring work plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in scientific or economic disciplines
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in Data Office, Risk Management, or CFO, preferably in the banking sector
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as MS SQL Server, SAS
  • Familiarity with main data governance tools (e.g., AbInitio)
  • Knowledge of key data-related regulations (RDARR, BCBS 239, Bankit 285…)
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting models (IRRBB, STE, FINREP, COREP) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, precision, and organizational autonomy
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency with main IT tools
  • Teamwork attitude, proactivity, and motivation
Other Information

Work location: Milan (alternating presence in the office and smart working)
