Minimum Requirements for job
Education and Experience:

Come Governance and Compliance Cybersecurity Engineer in Capgemini Engineering,la risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti afferenti a diversi settori e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Identificare e pianificare le attività di sicurezza informatica in base al processo di sicurezza informatica e al piano di sicurezza informatica (Governance)

Duration: Up to 12 months
Estimated Workload: Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy
About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Fiscal Risk Management Experts for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of fiscal risk analysis and debt sustainability across EU Member States.
- Evaluate implementation progress of fiscal recommendations under the EU Semester (CSRs and Autumn Package).
- Identify gaps in fiscal risk frameworks and propose tailored solutions for their enhancement.
- Support Ministries of Finance in integrating fiscal risk assessments into budget planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in economics, public finance, or related field.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in fiscal policy, public financial management, or debt sustainability.
- Proven experience in working with fiscal risks in EU Member States or EU-funded programs.
- Familiarity with EU fiscal rules and European Semester processes is essential.
- Strong report writing and policy analysis skills.
