- Sviluppo commerciale del portafoglio clienti assegnato;
- Fidelizzazione dei clienti gi e0 acquisiti;
- Affiancamento nelle attivit e0 di Account Planning del settore architettonico e delle costruzioni;
- Ricerca di nuove opportunit e0 di business acquisendo nuovi clienti;
- Supporto alla stesura di piani d e2 b9implementazione business in ambito architettonico;
- Elaborazione di proposte commerciali su servizi di affiancamento, consulenza e sviluppo relativi a software di progettazione e gestione dei processi in ambito architettonico.
La sede principale di lavoro e8 Roma, con possibili trasferte presso i clienti in Italia.
Competenze ed esperienze richieste:
- Laura triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Edile/Civile) o in Architettura;
- Conoscenze di base della metodologia BIM e dei suoi diversi utilizzi;
- Propensione al problem solving, spirito di iniziativa, disponibilit e0 a trasferte;
- Spiccate capacit e0 gestionali e forte orientamento verso il cliente;
- Determinazione nel raggiungimento dei risultati ed alla crescita professionale;
- Conoscenza del SO Windows e Pacchetto Office; Rappresenta un plus la conoscenza dei software Autodesk e/o ESRI;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Rappresenta un plus la conoscenza della lingua spagnola.
