Per il nostro team CRM cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire in stage con il ruolo di Business Intelligence CRM

Attività previste

Durante il periodo di stage, la risorsa selezionata affiancherà il team CRM nelle attività di analisi e reportistica, contribuendo in particolare a:

  • Supportare l’elaborazione e l’interpretazione dei dati provenienti dal sistema CRM, al fine di approfondire la conoscenza del comportamento dei clienti;
  • Analizzare le performance delle iniziative di marketing e fidelizzazione (DEM, attività nei punti vendita, programma loyalty);
  • Collaborare all’individuazione di trend di consumo, integrando dati interni e insight di mercato.

Profilo ideale

Il profilo che ricerchiamo presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Iscrizione a un corso di laurea in discipline statistiche, economiche o affini;
  • Spiccata attitudine analitica e forte interesse per l’analisi dei dati;
  • Interesse per l’analisi del Cliente tramite l’uso dei dati;
  • Precisione, curiosità e orientamento all’apprendimento di strumenti e metodologie di business intelligence, data visualization e analisi predittiva.

Competenze tecniche (preferenziali ma non vincolanti)

Nel corso dello stage sarà possibile approfondire o sviluppare competenze nei seguenti ambiti:

  • Conoscenze di base di SQL e di linguaggi di programmazione statistica (es. Python, R, SAS);
  • Interesse per strumenti di visualizzazione dei dati (es. Tableau CRM / Salesforce Einstein Analytics);
  • Familiarità con strumenti di web analytics (es. Google Analytics);
  • Conoscenza di base o interesse per tecniche di segmentazione e clustering.
