We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor

who supervises Planning & Logistics activities, plans and coordinates logistics flows, develops solutions to improve inventory management, applies the supply chain strategy, and contributes to driving operational efficiency across the entire supply chain.

• Plans medium- and long-term activities and oversees the detailed scheduling of all production processes (liquids, lyophilized products, vials, and packaging).
• Supervises the MPS / MRP process in SAP for procurement activities, aiming to optimize stock levels, improve flows and storage processes, and reduce costs.
• Collaborates with the Supply Chain & Procurement Director in defining planning policies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manages inventory with a focus on reducing obsolescence risk.
• Leads the Demand Planning process to maintain high service levels, customer satisfaction, and budget alignment.
• Supervises Logistics & Import / Export flows, ensuring proper handling of customs and UTF procedures, and supports the setup of new government authorizations.
• Analyzes company data and evaluates performance to optimize supply chain flows.
• Identifies and develops opportunities for improvement in internal services and organizational processes.

• Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP (MPS / MRP modules) and expertise in managing GMP-regulated production processes. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, simulations).
• Understanding of national and international transport regulations, inventory management, and good command of English.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.

As Supply Chain Manager you will have to

• Managing the entire procurement cycle, from request for quotation to order issuance and delivery monitoring
