Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di HR Business Partner da inserire a Roma nella struttura HR.
Attività:
- Assicurare la corretta applicazione e gestione delle politiche del personale;
- Gestire le relazioni sindacali ed eventuali contenziosi disciplinari in coordinamento con la struttura HR centrale;
- Preparare reportistica e monitorare i principali KPI (budget, ferie, assenteismo, turnover);
- Verificare e garantire l'adeguatezza del corpo normativo in collaborazione con la struttura HR centrale.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche; preferibile un Master in Risorse Umane.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore retail/GDO, in contesti strutturati.
- Esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento del personale.
- Conoscenza delle normative contrattuali, del costo del lavoro, del budget, delle relazioni sindacali e delle procedure disciplinari.
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Missione e Responsabilità del Ruolo**
Il/La HR Business Partner, riportando alla Direzione aziendale, ha la responsabilità di:
- Supportare la Direzione Aziendale nello sviluppo della funzione HR e nella graduale evoluzione e/o implementazione dei relativi processi caratteristici, in coerenza con le esigenze di business e con la crescita dell’azienda;
- Supportare la Direzione Aziendale nella definizione di una “People Strategy” da declinare a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione;
- Supportare la gestione dei processi tipici presidiati, in particolare si riportano a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo:
- Reclutamento e Selezione del Personale, secondo le indicazioni di priorità ed i criteri quali/quantitativi definiti dall’Azienda;
- Valutazione delle Prestazioni,
- Sviluppo Organizzativo,
- Individuazione dei fabbisogni formativi e, più in generale, allo Sviluppo del Personale;

**Profilo richiesto**
Il/La Candidato/a ideale:
- avrà brillantemente conseguito una Laurea in Economia indirizzo organizzazione aziendale, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche o titolo equipollente;
- avrà maturato una precedente esperienza di almeno 8 anni di cui almeno 3 nel ruolo di Business Partner o in altri ruoli trasversali in ambito HR in realtà strutturate;
- sarà abituato/a a lavorare su progetti complessi ed avrà maturato una buona capacità di comprensione e decodifica dei processi aziendali;
- avrà maturato un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e dell’uso di applicativi digitali e sistemi gestionali dedicati all’ambito Risorse Umane/Organizzazione e Social Media;

Requisiti:
