Il/la Sales Account ha la responsabilità di sviluppare il business di Cerved all’interno del mercato di riferimento rappresentando la “voce” ed il “volto dell’azienda”, promuovendone la presenza e gestendo le iniziative commerciali finalizzate alla crescita dei clienti esistenti ed all’acquisizione di nuovi. Viene misurato/a su obiettivi di venduto e di ricavo su tutti i clienti assegnati che gestisce in sinergia con le funzioni aziendali dedicate.

Queste nel dettaglio le principali responsabilità:

  • Garantire il raggiungimento dei risultati assegnati (venduto e ricavo per ciascuna “famiglia” di prodotto in-scope);
  • Gestire e sviluppare un portafoglio clienti assegnato con l’implementazione di nuovi servizi/prodotti garantendo la soddisfazione delle esigenze del cliente e quando possibile anticipandole;
  • Acquisire nuovi clienti; Presidiare il mercato diventando esperto delle dinamiche dell’industria e interlocutore autorevole per abilitare e migliorare i processi di business caratteristici;

Le tue responsabilità
