La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Ricerca e selezione di clienti
- Gestione di offerte promozionali e campagne marketing per rinnovo e nuovi clienti
- Valutazione e concessione di finanziamenti (Cessione del Quinto Stipendio, Cessione del Quinto Pensione)
Il percorso prevede una fase di formazione, seguita da un approfondimento pratico per sviluppare competenze nella consulenza al cliente e nella valutazione del credito.

REQUISITI
- Formazione Accademica: Hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Economia, Matematica o discipline affini.
- Esperienza Specifica: Hai maturato 3-6 anni di esperienza in progetti complessi di modernizzazione dei sistemi e delle architetture in ambito Payments & Cards.
- Normative e Circuiti: Conosci le principali normative (es. Target2, PSD2) e i meccanismi di funzionamento dei circuiti interbancari (T2, Euro1, SEPA, SWIFT) e dei circuiti delle carte (Visa, MasterCard).
- Conoscenze Settoriali: Possiedi una solida conoscenza dei processi, dei modelli di business e dei prodotti/canali nel settore Payments & Cards.

La selezione è aperta verso profili sia Junior, da inserire tramite un training intensivo sul prodotto, sia Senior, con una maturata esperienza nel settore creditizio o assicurativo, entrambi con l’obiettivo di ricoprire il ruolo di Financial Advisor (Consulente del Credito Bancario) OAM.
L’Advisor opererà per l’istituto all’interno della sezione BPL Network che distribuisce leasing, mutui e finanziamenti contro cessione del quinto dello stipendio (CQS) e/o pensione (CQP) delle mandanti Banca Privata Leasing ed ADV Finance.
Requisiti tecnici richiesti.
- diploma (requisito mínimale) e/o Laurea;
- disponibilità a lavorare in presenza;
- dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di sistemi CRM;
- preferita pregressa esperienza in uno o più dei seguenti ambiti: agenzia in attività finanziaria, mediazione creditizia, consumer finance, distribuzione assicurativa, recupero crediti, phone collection, telemarketing, teleselling.
Requisiti personali desiderati.
- empatia, ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- iscrizione OAM e/o RUI o ha intenzione di attivarsi in tal senso;
- orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi ed al lavoro di gruppo;
- predisposizione all’apprendimento continuo (learning-by-doing);
- significative doti organizzative e di problem solving;
- volontà di mettersi in gioco entrando a far parte di un progetto commerciale innovativo in una realtà giovane, dinamica ed in forte crescita.
Proposta economica.
- rapporto di lavoro a P.IVA come collaboratore - contratto d’agenzia a tempo indeterminato;
- contributo fisso mensile (medio 850,00 euro, secondo la località potrà essere superiore o inferiore) oltre a provvigioni su ogni pratica liquidata e premi al raggiungimento di obiettivi;
- copertura dei costi di start up circa l’apertura della P.IVA e relativa gestione amministrativa-contabile per il primo anno di collaborazione;
