Your Role
As a Junior PR Executive, you'll be called to support your team in delivering top class client servicing, to be eager to learn and contribute to the execution of day to day tasks. A love for technology and social media (content creation and management, profile optimization, adv campaign development, performance tracking and strategic counsel experience) would be a huge plus, as well as a passion for outstanding copywriting.
Your role is focused upon day to day delivery within a communication team. Your Account Manager will help you to manage your tasks and priorities, although we do expect you to take responsibility here too. You need to be conducting business in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy in all communication either internal or external.
We do expect you to keep abreast of the industry, your clients and always looking for emerging trends and best practices, educating not only your own team but also the wider team here at Axicom.
The nature of our business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and versatility. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach to picking projects up and making them happen
Requirements

We are currently seeking for our Head Office in Milan a PR Account Manager Travel & Lifestyle who will report to the PR Director.
The PR Account Manager Travel & Lifestyle, will lead a team of people and manage press and PR-related activities for a group selected clients, developing and implementing ad hoc communication strategies.
We are looking for motivated professionals, in love with their work, looking for a dynamic, professional and smart framework, able to effectively and successfully combine professional skills and understanding to support our clients with both traditional and digital activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Realization of PR and communication projects and marketing plans
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders, media and opinion leaders on behalf of assigned clients
- Monitor the progress of applied strategies and secure results
- Lead and coordinate the assigned team
- Research and identify new tools, techniques and strategies in order to conduct effective media outreach
- Utilize current relationships with the media and develop new relationships to generate high-level impactful media placements
- Creation and management of digital projects involving specific aspects of online communication with reflection on social media
- Deliver results in both traditional and non-traditional media
Create or adapt press releases, pitches and other written communication
- Organization of interviews and speaking opportunities for clients, arrange and cover all aspects of events, organization and escorting press trip
Experience and capabilities
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5/7 years in similar role. Any experience in the field of Communication Agencies is distinctive, especially if in the tourism & lifestyle sector which is given greater importance.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations, with a focus on one or more of the following topics: media and new media, communication and marketing, influencer marketing; preferred MBA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of a second language if possibile

- Proven experience in relationship management, influencing key stakeholders and interacting with media and opinion leaders
