We are looking for a HSE Manager to take over the management of Health, Safety, and Environmental protection (HSE) at our sites in Quattordio (AL) and Legnano (MI).

Reporting directly to the Italy HSE manager and Plant director you will:

Ensure implementation and compliance with (legal) requirements, ISO standards 14001/45001/50001, internal standards, and (environmental) permits.

Establish and implement actions to comply with the company programs aimed at nurturing an open health and safety culture throughout the entire organization. Drive and ensure execution of actions aimed at improving the maturity level of the company in all roles and areas and be a leading example.

Communicate with management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding health, safety, and environmental matters. Enable communication at the site level through the deployment of safety talks, safety alerts, and safety observations.

Ensure the availability and proper use of safety equipment, PPE’s and promote safe work procedures.

Lead near miss and incident investigations, ensure effective management of outcomes and lessons learned.

Conduct regular occupational health and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in all areas of the factory. This includes participation in 6S activities.

Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety.

Plan, execute, coordinate, and follow up on risk assessments.

Head of the emergency response organization, maintain the emergency response plan, organize training and exercises.

Analyze and report on health and safety performance metrics (safety observations, near misses, accidents with and without lost time), both internally and to government bodies as applicable.

Supervise the infrastructure management and verification of compliance with occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements

5 years of experience as an HSE Manager in a production environment, preferably within complex manufacturing industries.

In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, risk management, emergency response, and safety management systems, with a focus on influencing people.

Experience with ISO 45001/14001. In addition, experience with ISO is an advantage.

Internal Auditor certification is an advantage, with experience in conducting integrated audit programs.

A degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione integrata dei sistemi Qualità, Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza, con focus prevalente sulla qualità, in conformità con le normative ISO e le direttive del Gruppo. Il ruolo prevede la gestione di un team unita a un forte orientamento al miglioramento continuo e alla qualità lungo tutta la filiera.


Responsabilità principali:

  • Rappresentare la Direzione per i sistemi di gestione ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 15378;
  • Supervisionare il controllo qualità, garantendo la conformità del prodotto alle specifiche cliente;
  • Gestire reclami e non conformità, definendo azioni correttive e preventive;
  • Condurre audit interni e mantenere i rapporti con enti certificatori;
  • Collaborare con il Supply Chain & Production Development Manager per il monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori;
  • Coordinare il team HACCP e il personale dedicato a qualità e HSE;

Il Quality Manager risponderà direttamente al Plant Manager e sarà il punto di riferimento per i clienti nella gestione delle commesse e nella risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche e qualitative.

L’inglese è fondamentale per la comunicazione con interlocutori esterni e interni a livello internazionale.


Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza delle normative qualità, ambiente e sicurezza;
  • Esperienza con strumenti di miglioramento continuo (Six Sigma, Lean);
  • Ottima padronanza di SAP, Office.


Il candidato ideale ha maturato esperienza in contesti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore plastica e/o stampa, e possiede spiccate capacità di leadership, problem solving, gestione del team e orientamento al cliente. La figura, che riporterà alla direzione aziendale, si occuperà della gestione di progetti di installazione meccanica ed elettrica di impianti fotovoltaici , nonché opere civili e servizi geologici per il settore delle energie rinnovabili.


Nello specifico avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Analisi dei requisiti del cliente, preventivazione tecnica e commerciale, redazione di capitolati economici per impianti fotovoltaici.
  • Collaborazione con fornitori e subappaltatori per garantire la fattibilità e la competitività dell’offerta.
  • Supporto al team vendite durante le fasi di trattativa e chiarimenti tecnici pre - contrattuali.
  • Stesura di documentazioni di progetto preliminari e computi metrici estimativi
  • Pianificazione attività e conduzione di sopralluoghi in cantiere, controlli su strutture di supporto fotovoltaiche e sull’operato delle maestranze in cantiere
  • Supervisione delle attività legate alla commessa e delle decisioni sulle maestranze del cantiere.
  • Monitoraggio tempi e costi di cantiere e decisione di eventuali azioni correttive in sinergia con il management aziendale
  • Redazione di report fotografici e relazioni tecniche post-sopralluogo.
  • Interfaccia con ufficio tecnico per definire soluzioni ottimali e modifiche/aggiornamenti di progetto.



La figura cercata ha una formazione accademica in Ingegneria (Energetica, Elettrica, Civile, Edile) o Diploma di Perito Tecnico Industriale, esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore fotovoltaico e/o energie rinnovabili o affini, conoscenza dei processi di preventivazione, computi metrici e analisi di budget .

La risorsa, inoltre, ha già avuto modo di effettuare sopralluoghi e monitorare le attività di cantiere, ha un’ottima capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici e planimetrie e conoscenza dei principali software CAD (AutoCAD) oltre che del pacchetto Office.


Completano il profilo spiccate doti organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio, problem solving e autonomia decisionale, buone capacità relazionali e negoziali con clienti e fornitori, propensione al lavoro di squadra in contesti dinamici e buona conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico.


Necessaria disponibilità alle trasferte.
