La risorsa verrà inserita nel reparto tecnico per la la gestione e il monitoraggio delle attività.

Ruolo e mansione:

• responsabilità della gestione tecnico ed economica dei progetti nel rispetto di tempi e condizioni contrattuali;
• programmazione e corretta pianificazione e raggiungimento obiettivi dei progetti;
• coordinamento delle attività esterne all'organizzazione per i progetti chiavi in mano;
• reportistica su progressi, problemi e soluzioni dei vari progetti.

Requisiti:

• almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturati nel ruolo, maturati nel settore industriale impiantistico, navale ed affini
e comunque in contesti internazionali;
• conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti di gestione di commessa;
• ottima conoscenza lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
• disponibilità trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero;
• problem solving e predisposizione a relazioni interpersonali e lavoro di gruppo;

The Italian Sea Group, leader internazionale nella nautica di lusso, ricerca un/una Finance & Accounting Manager con consolidata esperienza maturata in società di revisione, preferibilmente su clienti quotati e con bilanci redatti secondo i principi contabili internazionali IFRS.

La risorsa, riportando al Chief Financial Officer , sarà responsabile della supervisione delle attività contabili e di bilancio del Gruppo, garantendo conformità normativa e qualità delle informazioni finanziarie, nonché fornendo supporto strategico alle funzioni aziendali.

• Coordinare la redazione del bilancio consolidato e civilistico secondo i principi IFRS e le normative vigenti.
• Gestire le relazioni con i revisori esterni e assicurare la compliance con i requisiti di società quotate.
• Supervisionare la contabilità generale e industriale, assicurando la corretta rilevazione dei fatti contabili e il monitoraggio dei costi di produzione.
• Analizzare i risultati economico-finanziari, predisponendo report periodici per il management.
• Migliorare i processi amministrativi, contabili e di reporting, anche attraverso l’implementazione di nuovi strumenti digitali.
• Fornire supporto alla pianificazione finanziaria e al controllo di gestione.
• Monitorare gli adempimenti fiscali e societari in collaborazione con i consulenti esterni.

• Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini.
• 4-5 anni di esperienza in società di revisione (Big Four o equivalenti), preferibilmente su clienti quotati .
• Solida conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS e delle normative di bilancio.
• Esperienza in contabilità generale e contabilità industriale .
• Ottima padronanza di Excel.
• Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato.

• Act as the owner’s representative for new build or refit projects, liaising with shipyards, designers, contractors, and classification societies.

• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards. Oversee and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Drive the project management team for the project : interior project manager, project engineer, project surveyor, consultant and experts.

• Regularly report to clients on project status, risks, and milestones.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control assessments.

• Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
