Supplier Quality Engineer Junior
siamo alla ricerca di un/una Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) motivato/a e appassionato/a del mondo automotive.
In questa posizione, il/la SQE riporterà al Manager del perimetro Meccanica (Motore e Trasmissioni) e sarà responsabile di garantire gli standard di qualità lungo tutte le fasi di sviluppo del prodotto, dalla progettazione fino al prodotto in esercizio.
< >Responsabilità principali:- Validazione dei contesti produttivi e dei processi qualitativi per nuovi prodotti e in fase di sviluppo, utilizzando strumenti standard (SEA, QRA, PR, PCPA).
- Supporto ai lanci dei nuovi modelli, prevenendo anomalie di fornitura attraverso tool qualitativi e tecniche di prevenzione delle failure.
- Gestione dei fornitori assegnati per l'analisi dei problemi di produzione e da rete (metodologia 8D).
- Verifica dei processi produttivi e tecnologici dei fornitori attuali e potenziali.
- Valutazione delle performance qualitative dei fornitori (incidenti, azioni correttive, comunicazione proattiva).
- Monitoraggio del rischio tecnico/qualitativo e della struttura organizzativa dei fornitori.
- Gestione dei reclami e implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive.
- Applicazione dell'APQP e gestione delle milestone di progetto in coerenza con i requisiti PPAP .
- Definizione di piani di miglioramento e task force. /li>
- Collaborazione con progettazione, sviluppo, produzione e qualità.
Requisiti:
- li>Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica .
- Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti (50?70% del tempo).
- Buona conoscenza di Excel .
- Livello di inglese minimo B2 .
- Preferibile esperienza di stage in ambito automotive (non obbligatoria).
- Conoscenza base dei processi produttivi: Transmission/Gearbox , Hose and Tube (rigidi, flessibili, PTFE.). /li>
