Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a major company in the Hospitality industry is seeking a:


Marketing Manager


Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing and branding strategies. The role will focus on:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to define and execute the hotel’s market positioning and ensure alignment with business goals and brand values.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, editorial and creative content, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Manage the property’s digital presence and social media strategy, coordinating content calendars and engagement activities in collaboration with the approved PR agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners in the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and develop exclusive partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands and cultural institutions to strengthen the hotel’s positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing, PR, and social media performance, providing insights and ROI evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Events, Guest Relations, HR, and Operations) to ensure integrated and consistent communication across all touchpoints.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles within luxury hotels (5-star) or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communication strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English;
    knowledge of a second European language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sensitivity to luxury and lifestyle trends.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving service demand and footfall through B2C, B2B2C, and B2B communications, utilizing a combination of walk-in and online marketing and promotion tactics for Italy & Spain. You will also drive revenue, marketing value and brand awareness through strategic regional and local partnerships, while enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting the country. Additionally, this position requires driving Smart Traveller’s member acquisition and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns and effective communication.


The right candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective, quantifiable and measurable marketing, promotion and partnership strategies that drive business KPIs and brand awareness. Your role will also include developing marketing and partnership implementation plans with local players.

  • Gestire il follow-up commerciale e l’intero ciclo di trattativa, fino alla chiusura;
  • Collaborare conil Revenue Manager per ottimizzare le strategie di pricing e distribuzione;
  • Supportare nella redazione e revisione di offerte e contratti;
  • Monitorare competitor e trend di mercato;
  • Coordinare le agenzie PR e media nazionali e internazionali;
  • Organizzare visite stampa, press trip e collaborazioni con influencer;
  • Gestire le richieste media e mantenere aggiornati gli archivi stampa;
  • Condurre visiteguidate per giornalisti, content creator e rappresentanti media;
  • Collaborare conil dipartimento Digital per garantire coerenza tra comunicazione online e offline.



Richiediamo:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales & Marketing in hotel di lusso, boutique hotel o gruppi internazionali;
  • Ottime capacitàcomunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione;
  • Padronanza fluente di italiano e inglese;
  • Ottimaconoscenza del mercato turistico, delle dinamiche B2B e B2C nel segmento luxury;
  • Mentalità analitica, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in autonomia;
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e profonda conoscenza del settore luxury completano il profilo.

Join Hologic as a Senior Manager Field Marketing for Italy, Greece, Malta & Cyprus, where you’ll drive the long-term vision and strategic priorities of our Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions portfolio across the region.

What To Expect

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing cohesive market development and marketing strategies, shaping the market, and delivering sustainable year-on-year growth. This role involves collaboration with direct teams in Italy and a network of channel partners in Greece, Malta, and Cyprus, as well as cross-functional alignment with commercial, upstream marketing, and R&D teams. Expect to travel up to 40% and play a central role in monitoring, reporting, and driving regional performance and portfolio growth initiatives. You will act as the regional voice, influencing key customer groups, governments, and opinion leaders, and contribute to the development of a 5-year strategic plan for the region.

What We Expect
  • Education & Experience: A four-year university degree is required, with advanced degrees and certifications preferred. You should bring at least 10 years of international/European marketing or combined sales and marketing experience, with 5+ years in marketing management or strategic marketing, ideally in the medical device/technology sector. Experience in both direct and indirect markets is essential.
  • Skills & Expertise: Strong business acumen, proficiency in market data analysis, and the ability to adjust strategies to meet competitive and regulatory changes. You’ll need to demonstrate success in stakeholder management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle ERP are expected, alongside knowledge of digital and account-based marketing.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious, action-oriented, and accountable, you’ll lead by example in setting objectives and managing performance. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (additional regional languages are a plus) are vital, alongside cultural sensitivity and adaptability. You must be resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and execution. Ability to drive and manage event strategies, budgets, and performance tracking, while fostering team unity and a positive, energetic culture.
