Job Description
- You'll lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead
- You'll define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, and own the budget, channel mix, and KPIs along the entire funnel
- You will set goals in alignment with the leadership team and track results, leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making
- You'll oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels
- You'll develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy. When Italians think about investing, they should think about Scalable
- You'll ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations. We strive to be the most trusted brand in finance, and complying with industry rules and regulations is not just a requirement for us—we aim to be best in class
Qualifications
- You have several years of experience in marketing, including some years as a team leader
- You have a track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in a startup, scale-up, and/or an agency or consulting environment in the Italian market
- You master the full funnel: from acquisition to activation to retention, across all channels including brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM
- You can balance bold creative bets with a ruthless 80/20 optimization mindset: test, learn, and scale what works
- You can link product, brand, and growth into a single story, combining real creative taste with a mindset focused on fast feedback loops and optimization
- You have an ownership mentality: you make decisions, think long-term, and finish what you start
- You are fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required

Job description: The Digital Transformation is greatly impacting the healthcare domain. Emerging markets are growing and new opportunities are expected to rise. The ST Healthcare Vertical is a new domain within ST and defining the proper strategy is key for the company growth in new markets or to expand into existing traditional markets. The activity consists in the definition of the digital health-medicine markets analysis, understanding size, dynamics, segmentation, actors, and potential opportunities for ST existing products and new solutions to deploy. The candidate will also support system development teams and carry out solution deployment to the market.
Responsibilities- Define the digital health‑medicine markets analysis: size, dynamics, segmentation, actors, and potential opportunities for ST existing products and new solutions to deploy.
- Support system development teams and carry out solution deployment to the market.
- Build new marketing strategy and tactics; build and nurture a network with European and global market players and top-ranked universities; learn ST products/technologies; support solution development with technical teams across ST groups and deploy solutions to customers and partners.
- Analyze and build an ecosystem with non-traditional ST customers and new market players, like innovative startups.
- Learn from existing initiatives and activities in the EMEA team; share results in conferences or within the internal/external scientific community.
- Education level required: Master’s degree.
- Experience level required: Less than 2 years.
- Profile: Student or recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering or Engineering with passion/knowledge for health and business. Università Politecnico preferred but not limited to that.
- Languages: English — business fluent.
- Desired start date: 11/01/2024.
