Regional Support Planner(Hybrid)

This position is **hybrid**: both based in Pomezia - Santa Palomba (Rome), Italy and remote.

**What will you do**

Key Responsibilities

ü Master data maintenance in SAP

ü Housekeeping activities (order management)

ü ASN posting in SNC

ü Generation of reports related to SC performance management. (eg. PA, OTiF; volume tracking)

ü Check for system synchronization consistency (eg. POs flow from ECC to SNC; ASN failures, SOs failures)

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Master/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business economics, or related field.

ü Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Supply) and ideally in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics. Plant planning experience is a plus

ü Experience in SAP R/3 and APO is a plus, MS Office, especially strong Excel capabilities are required.

ü Fluent level of written and spoken English. Additional European language is a plus (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Greek, French)

ü Open to learn to work within a regional matrix organization and virtual multinational teams.

ü A positive minded Teammate that can positively influence the organization and inspire others.

ü A dynamic and self-starter personality, willing to focus and commit even in periods of high workload.

**Position Summary**

- Contribute to finalize HHP software for the named accounted customers (O/S, pre-loaded services, bug fix), by executing field test and providing constant feedback to HQ.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering;
Professional Background: 1 year exp. in TLC Technical Product Management/Presales/Quality Assurance.

Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools. Experience in software development a plus.

Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.

Others: Good technical skills, precision and reliability.
