AMIRI is looking for a talented Store Operations Manager for its upcoming retail store in Milan. The AMIRI Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the location, including but not limited to : Inventory Control, Health & Safety Training, Shipping / Receiving, and Auditing. In partnership with Corporate Retail Operations, this role is key to ensuring the store remains operationally compliant by following established processes and SOPs.

Duties of the Operations Manager at AMIRI include, but are not limited to :

  • Preparing for, leading, and performing all store inventories (including cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies).
  • Managing all stock adjustments.
  • Managing all aspects of shipping and receiving.
  • Creating systems to ensure the accurate movement of merchandise.
  • Ensuring the organization and efficient operation of all back-of-house spaces.
  • Managing the processes of restocking the sales floor.
  • Liaising with Retail Operations to address safety or maintenance needs.
  • Serving as Store Safety Lead, completing monthly safety trainings.
  • Partnering with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager to complete monthly schedules.
  • Managing time and attendance of the Operations / Stock team.
  • Training all staff (FOH & BOH) on compliance related to operational policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail operations.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in a luxury environment required.
  • Proficient in shipping and receiving processes.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Excel, Mac OS preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

    6. Monitor stock levels and sell-through rates daily to ensure cost-effective management and proper execution of Merchandising Department decisions.

    • Solid experience with MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
    • Extensive experience in a relevant industry, preferably with international exposure. Nice to have mining industry.
    • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, ICT sales methodologies, and ICT system integration
    • Ability to present and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including customer organizations
    • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to secure buy-in from both internal teams and customers regarding best practices and solution accelerators
    • Availability to travel
    • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) – Italian nice to have

    • Master’s degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer in the IT/IS industry in the area of the Supply Chain (MES, MOM, ERP, PLM)
    • Solid experience with MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
    • Extensive experience in a relevant industry, preferably with international exposure. Nice to have mining industry.
    • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, ICT sales methodologies, and ICT system integration
    • Ability to present and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including customer organizations
    • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to secure buy-in from both internal teams and customers regarding best practices and solution accelerators
    • Availability to travel
    • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) – Italian nice to have

    We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Solution Specialist who possesses not only technical and functional skills but also to be able to face customers and challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation to successfully lead the definition and implementation process of DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM solutions. The position is based in Milan.

    The DELMIA Apriso product portfolio is part of the DELMIA brand within Dassault Systèmes. This product suite is dedicated to providing competitive advantage for its customers by letting manufacturers to achieve and sustain operational excellence while adapting quickly and easily to market changes.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Gain expertise in the DELMIA Apriso application suite and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, leveraging its usage and value through Industry Processes
    • Understand how our solutions fulfill business needs, contributing to larger deal sizes, accelerating deal closures, and ensuring successful go-lives
    • Act as the key communicator, aligning efforts between programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and customers
    • Articulate the value of our solutions by identifying and mapping customer requirements, evaluating their impact on business processes and KPIs, and tailoring communications for various stakeholders (e.g., Users, Process Owners, Business Owners)
    • Analyze, validate, and test configurations to ensure alignment with customer technical requirements, processes, and expectations
    • Deliver engaging demonstrations of configured solutions, highlighting the value they provide to the customer
    • Provide functional support to customers during solution development and in daily operations
    • Leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE platform dashboards and collaboration tools to provide transparency of activities and measurable results

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities
    • You will be trusted to work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs

    • You will work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client

    • You can be based in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain or the UK but be available to travel up to 80% of the week to any of our client sites across Western Europe.

    You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives and you are able to manage complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements

    You demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issues in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & Beverage

    Fluency in English along with Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian or Spanish is essential, with proficiency in a third European language being highly desirable.
