Position- Front Office Manager
Per il rafforzamento della nostra struttura alberghiera BEST WESTERN HOTEL GLOBUS, siamo alla ricerca di un
- Front Office Manager: figura professionale che si occupa di gestire tutte le attività organizzative e amministrative che riguardano il reparto Front Office.
- Nello specifico, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività
- Gestione del personale
- formazione e supervisione operativa del personale di reception. Dovrai assicurarti che il tuo staff svolga le proprie mansioni in modo professionale e cortese, stilando le procedure di reparto. Inoltre, coordinerai gli orari di lavoro, assicurandoti una copertura adeguata in tutti i momenti considerando i picchi di lavoro, le ferie, i permessi e la formazione;
- Check-in e check-out
- supervisione delle fasi di check-in e check-out degli ospiti, inclusi l’assegnazione camere, l'accoglienza ospiti, pagamenti, l'impostazione dei PMS ecc;
- Assistenza clienti
- in qualità di punto di riferimento principale per gli ospiti dell'hotel, dovrai rispondere alle domande degli ospiti, fornire informazioni sulle strutture dell'hotel e sui servizi offerti, gestire eventuali reclami o problematiche e garantire un'esperienza soddisfacente durante il soggiorno;
- Coordinamento con altri reparti

Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Rome. Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Rome.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies
- Collaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests
- Supervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Keep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers
- Remain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur
- Have an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head
- Have a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre & post opening of any new hospitality units as the need arises
