- Supportare lo Store Manager e l’Assistant Store Manager per raggiungere gli obiettivi dei negozi.
- Fornire un servizio ai clienti informale ed efficiente.
- Garantire che i nostri clienti vivano un’esperienza di shopping divertente e gradevole.

About your teamThe Sales Desk Team is part of the Italian Wholesale Sales Team who are responsible for distributing Fidelity’s investment proposition to all types of clients, including Banks, Financial Advisor Networks, Private Banks, Fund of Funds, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Insurers. About your roleThe purpose of the Sales Support role is to support the Sales Team to help our clients build better financial futures, strengthen Fidelity’s relationships with intermediaries, achieve sales targets and retain assets. As an integral member of the Italian Sales Team, the Sales Associate works in partnership with the Sales Team to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the Italian sales plan. The Sales Associate is responsible for taking ownership of client support services offered to our professional clients. The role includes preparing, executing and following up on client queries, creating and developing materials for sales meetings and client events. The Sales Associate will liaise effectively with the operational Marketing team for our internet and on-line marketing strategy. The Sales Associate takes on an integral and operational role in product positioning, market and competitor intelligence, being the local link with centrally based competitor and fund analysis team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-office support for the distribution channel: responding to client requests, preparing information and data, and preparing meeting material and pitch documents.
- Competitor analysis: act as the local link to central representatives, brief fund analysis initiatives with appropriate central teams, ensuring ongoing information flow from central to local market in terms of competitor and market intelligence. Use tools (Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct) to support preparation and positioning of specific product initiatives with Italian wholesale clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support colleagues responsible for Wholesale/Institutional channel.
- Ad-hoc project: participate in and monitor development of internal and external projects assigned by the manager. Ensure action points for the Italian market are implemented.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and provide materials according to the Italian sales plan.
- Broad understanding of the industry, the market and the competitive landscape
- Sound knowledge of financial products and Wholesale business
- Analytical abilities
- Sales attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
- Ability to build credibility and liaise with clients in person and over the phone. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Esperienza di minimo 2 anni in ruoli di vendita face-to-face in settori come dentale, fitness, luxury, estetica e simili;
- Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte sul territorio;
- Utilizzo di software CRM e Excel;
- Lingue: italiano nativo + livello intermedio di inglese o spagnolo;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, relazioni interpersonali e negoziazione;
- Disponibilità full-time (40h a settimana) dal lunedì al sabato (5 giorni alla settimana).
Responsabilità:
- Essere il volto di Impress, seguire il paziente durante la prima visita e consigliare i piani di finanziamento;
- Gestire il portfolio clienti (ricontatti e azioni di fidelizzazione e promozione dei trattamenti);
- Accogliere i pazienti, spiegare il prodotto, le opzioni di finanziamento e guidare i clienti nelle tempistiche e aspettative.
- Raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e target di conversione delle trattative;
- Collaborare con il team della clinica e la sede centrale per risolvere problemi relativi ai pazienti;
- Seguire i potenziali clienti e mantenerli in pipeline per future vendite;
- Supportare nella pianificazione degli appuntamenti con agenti di prenotazione e assistenza;
- Gestire la scansione 3D e portarla in sicurezza alle cliniche assegnate;
- Firmare contratti con i clienti;
- Monitorare la conformità del personale con uniformi e aspetto regolamentare;
- Partecipare a formazione continua e attività di miglioramento professionale;
- Rispondere prontamente ai feedback dei clienti e del team;
- Viaggiare tra cliniche nazionali con rimborsi per i costi di trasporto;

Per società del gruppo Brandart con sede in Bulciago (LC) siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales Associate.
La società progetta e produce soluzioni di shop-in-shop, vetrine, allestimenti e display per negozi destinati a Brand globali in vari settori, tra cui beauty, tecnologia, ottica, e moda e accessori.
Ha un’eredità di quasi 30 anni nella realizzazione di arredi, allestimenti e display di alta qualità per punti vendita, beneficiando di un team interno composto da architetti, designer e esperti allestitori specializzati.
In quali attività sarai coinvolto/a?
- Gestione del rapporto con il cliente per tutte le attività di prevendita in collaborazione con i commerciali di riferimento
- Raccolta informazioni sul progetto, relazionandosi con il commerciale/cliente di riferimento
- Inserimento del progetto a sistema, aggiornando le informazioni quando necessario
- Elaborazione e conseguente invio dell’offerta al cliente
- Controllo conformità dei campioni da inviare al cliente
- Monitoraggio delle scadenze dei progetti
Che esperienza è necessaria per svolgere le attività di competenza?
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo
Che percorso formativo serve avere fatto?
- Diploma di scuola superiore/Laurea
Quali conoscenze tecniche sono indispensabili?
- Conoscenza di nozioni commerciali
Quali conoscenze informatiche sono essenziali?
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
