Il Sales Graduate Programme si rivolge a neolaureati / e interessati / e ad avviare la propria carriera commerciale nell'ambito dell’intermediazione assicurativa e della consulenza strategica sui rischi. Momenti di formazione tecnica in aula verranno alternati a momenti di formazione on the job con il costante affiancamento di un Tutor, di un Buddy e di un Mentor e con il supporto attivo di colleghi senior specialisti di ramo per l'intero percorso di crescita professionale.

Sostenere come obiettivo del percorso la crescita in area Commerciale / Vendite attraverso attività di new business development e di analisi e studio delle realtà territoriali di riferimento, attraverso le seguenti attività :

Sviluppo del business aziendale con nuovi clienti : conduzione di analisi del territorio e ricerche di mercato e “cold call” (primo contatto telefonico) a nuovi potenziali clienti “(prospect”) per sviluppare proposte di vendita efficaci;

Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti e fungere da punto di contatto primario per le esigenze quotidiane;

Comprendere e supportare sulle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio;

Garantire la conformità ai nostri protocolli aziendali e ai requisiti normativi locali;

Comprendere l’esposizione al rischio della clientela e supportare i colleghi senior nella consulenza sulle soluzioni di strategia assicurativa e nella gestione dei portafogli clienti.

Requisiti :

Laureando / Laureato in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) oltre che di quella italiana (C1);

Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;

Interesse e curiosità per il settore assicurativo e del rischio.

About your team

About your role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-office support for the distribution channel: responding to client requests, preparing information and data, and preparing meeting material and pitch documents.
  • Competitor analysis: act as the local link to central representatives, brief fund analysis initiatives with appropriate central teams, ensuring ongoing information flow from central to local market in terms of competitor and market intelligence. Use tools (Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct) to support preparation and positioning of specific product initiatives with Italian wholesale clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

Business & Client Management

  • Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets
  • Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  • Take action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories
  • Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
  • Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and managementthrough effective communication
  • Ensure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectations
  • Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
  • Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
  • Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service

CRM activities

  • Capture customer data all the time
  • Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers
  • Participate in the organization of In-store and Promotional events
  • Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients

Operations

  • Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)
  • Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred
  • Creative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detail
