Il Ruolo

Come Data Engineer, sarai il punto di riferimento per la progettazione e la trasformazione dei dati, applicando best practice in Data Modeling, ottimizzazione e Data Governance. Lavorerai su un’infrastruttura cloud basata su Google Cloud, gestendo l’ingestion, il cleaning e l’aggregazione dei dati, e preparandoli per future integrazioni con un data lake. Collaborerai con Data Scientist, IT Team Leader e Product Manager per trasformare i dati in insight strategici e supportare l’innovazione aziendale.

Responsabilità

  • Orchestrazione di flussi dati : progettare e sviluppare pipeline ETL / ELT, orchestrare processi di ingestion e cleaning con Apache Airflow.
  • Gestione e Trasformazione Dati : creare soluzioni riutilizzabili, automatizzare processi di data cleaning e preparazione con Python.
  • Infrastruttura e Sicurezza : gestire e ottimizzare l’infrastruttura su Google Cloud, garantire sicurezza e conformità, collaborare con DevOps per pipeline CI / CD, preparare dati per AI / ML e sviluppare strumenti di data visualization.
  • Formazione e Mentoring : guidare i Data Engineer Junior, trasmettere best practice e supportare il loro sviluppo professionale.

Requisiti

Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Data Science, Matematica o simili.Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in data engineering in contesti tech e digitali.Padronanza di SQL e Python, conoscenza di MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Google Cloud.Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, innovazione e comunicazione.Propensione alla sperimentazione e al miglioramento continuo.Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari in ambienti dinamici.

Il candidato sarà inserito all'interno di un team internazionale per un cliente Finance e si occuperà a supporto del Team Data, della progettazione e sviluppo di una piattaforma orientata all'analisi e ottimizzazione di grandi moli di dati a servizio delle funzioni di business .

Competenze e requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 7 anni nel ruolo ;
  • Inglese fluente (B2) ;
  • Esperienza consolidata nell'implementazione di soluzioni ETL per la gestione di grandi volumi di dati;
  • Esperienza consolidata su progetti complessi con SQL ePython .
  • Esperienza consolidata con Azure Data Factory ,Azure DevOps,Terraform, Synapse Analytics,Spark, PowerShell;
  • Esperienza di progettazione di sistemi, strutture dati, algoritmi, sistemi storage ed infrastrutture cloud;
  • Conoscenza di data modeling e concetti di data architecture;
