We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:- Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
- Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships
- Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required.
It would be a plus if you are:
- Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
- Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problem and find effective solutions.

The Application Consultant for Leica Biosystems is responsible to deliver first class technical applications support and training, perform demonstrations of Leica Biosystems Instruments and reagents, with promotion and sales of the LBS product portfolio.
The ultimate objective is, to support customers throughout the entire customer journey whilst growing core reagent and product sales through market intelligence.
The Application Consultant will provide applications support and training of Leica Biosystems instruments to customers in their defined territory, ensuring Leica Biosystems products have maximum “uptime” through optimization of reagents and systems and therefore retain customers to generate reagent order intake.
The role will work in close conjunction with the entire (local) Leica Biosystems team to provide optimal customer support, tender responses, sales growth and margin. This is a full-time, permanent position, part of the Field Applications team based in the Naples area , with a fully remote work arrangement .
The role requires approximately 50% field presence .
You will be part of the Italian Application Consultant team and report to the SEM Advanced Staining & Application Consultant Manager , responsible for application support in the Campania–Puglia area , with occasional travel to other Italian regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support, with a commercial awareness, to customers as required including in-field troubleshooting of application problems and diagnosing rudimentary hardware and software failures

- Support the development of strong customer relationships and ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide qualified support to the Customer Care and Tender Office in the preparation of technical documentation and the precise coding of IVDR-compliant products for inclusion in healthcare tenders within the assigned territory.

The European Program Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a key role within the implementation team, their primary role will be to develop a Project Management Office for Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and standard work to the regional Project Managers, for the timely and successful deliver of implementation projects on time and within budget. The PMO will develop solutions that enable a common view and risk assessment of all implementation projects at the European Leadership level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create standard work for planning program design, monitoring progress, resolving issues and applying counter measures using Danaher Business Systems (DBS)

The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Lombardy. The role itself is fully remote.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.

- Networking, Virtual Environments such as Hyper-V or VMware and Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019 Operating Systems
- Laboratory analyzer connectivity and/or HL7, ASTM communication protocols
- Fluency in Italian & English with excellence at communication with the customer and has a listening, can-do attitude.
- Team player with great collaboration skills across own team and stakeholder teams.
- Ability to proactively self-organize and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment. Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time in Italy or Europe.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:- Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
- Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships
- Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required.
It would be a plus if you are:
- Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
- Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problem and find effective solutions.

This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter Cassina de Pecchi, Italy and reports to the Manager Credit/Collections.

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities:
· Chase overdue debtors using telephone/email and define the root causes for non-payment.
· Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
· Prepare the monthly cash collection forecast and ensure accuracy of the forecast.
· Calculate quarterly bad debts reserves.
The essential requirements of the job include:
· Commercial background education.
· Some years of professional experience within an accounting environment would be a plus.
· Language skills: fluent in English and Italian ; any other European language is a plus.
· Excellent computer skills.
· ERP Oracle would be an asset.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Experience in a multicultural company in the healthcare industry.

The essential requirements of the job include:
University degree in Biotechnology or Biology OR, in the absence of a degree, several years of client-facing sales experience in the cell and gene therapy industry
5 years sales experience
Broad technical understanding in the field of molecular and cell biology, with a clear understanding of biotherapeutics, including nucleic acids, gene editing, DNA plasmids, mRNA therapeutics, viral vector technologies, CAR-T, etc.
Demonstrated experience in developing territory and business development plans which serve to expand the business and generate incremental revenue with new clients
Ready and prepared to travel across the geographical area of responsibility to visit current and potential customers, to USA for yearly meetings and trainings when necessary
Fluent in English language skills, Spanish & Italian fluency is an advantage
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
