It's an exciting time to join Convatec Ostomy Care Team.
The Market Access Manager role at ConvaTec is a critical leadership position reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role involves managing a team of two people to deliver access, reimbursement, pricing, and clinical initiatives.
The responsibilities include developing and executing a local market access strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, and driving successful market access outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of the therapeutic area to achieve market share targets and revenue growth.
A key focus of the role is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and key accounts, collaborating with global and local teams to ensure market penetration and long-term success. They will particularly also focus on engaging with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), orchestrate scientific activities including round tables, ad boards and scientific events.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement the market access strategy for Ostomy Care BU in Italy at key accounts (local), regional and national level to ensure products are valued and accessed.
+ Drive institutional affairs initiative to nourish a strong contact network with key institutional players.
+ Develop and lead a value communication plan to drive the debate with Company's stakeholders, including the execution of related projects, such as real-world evidence generation about the use of products in clinical practice and pharmaco-economical evidence, that contribute to maximize brand value and product usage.
+ Engage KOLs through educational events, scientific discussions, and advisory boards to foster advocacy.
+ Develop and implement clinical training activities aimed at positioning Convatec as a reference point for education in ostomy care.
+ Monitor market access and health policy environment, early identify new trends, disseminate strategic, operational, and financial implications. Participating to cross-functional Teams, to capture business inputs and needs and translate them into Market Access activities able to successfully address them.
+ Work in strict collaboration with Sales Regional Manager and Product Specialist to spot regional stakeholders and access opportunities in Key Accounts.
+ Lead efforts in shaping the local reimbursement and tender landscape, collaborating with relevant internal teams to ensure market readiness and access.
+ Manage and support tenders at a regional and local level.
**Skills & Experience**
+ Proven experience from market access, business development, institutional affairs and/or health economics.
+ Solid understanding of MA processes and the goals and strategies of payers and other stakeholders in Italy.
+ Strong analytical mindset.
+ Excellent teamwork.

**Who will you be working with?**
You will work for Annax, a Wabtec site specialized in passenger information systems for long and short distance trains, trams and subways.
There is a new development team in Piossasco, dedicated to strengthening the portfolio of tram projects.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a **System Project Engineer** you will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Design and engineering of Passenger Information Systems or Video Protection Systems, including the creation of relevant documentation.
+ Technical project management from the bid phase to commissioning support.
+ Project coordination with the commercial project manager and the customer.
+ Internal coordination with hardware and software development, system integration, and testing teams.
+ Coordination with key suppliers.
+ Managing the project's budget.
+ Providing bid and presales support.
+ Occasional travel within Germany, France, and internationally.
**What do we want to know from you?**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in embedded systems, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems.

You will work for Annax, a Wabtec site specialized in passenger information systems for long and short distance trains, trams and subways.
There is a new development team in Piossasco, dedicated to strengthening the portfolio of tram projects.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a **System Project Engineer** you will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Design and engineering of Passenger Information Systems or Video Protection Systems, including the creation of relevant documentation.
+ Technical project management from the bid phase to commissioning support.
+ Project coordination with the commercial project manager and the customer.
+ Internal coordination with hardware and software development, system integration, and testing teams.
+ Coordination with key suppliers.
+ Managing the project's budget.
+ Providing bid and presales support.
+ Occasional travel within Germany, France, and internationally.
**What do we want to know from you?**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in embedded systems, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems.
+ Experience in hardware and/or software development.
+ Knowledge of embedded hardware architectures and digital electronics.
+ Familiarity with the embedded Linux environment.
+ Understanding of IP/Ethernet networks.

**_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be._**
+ Provide technical support during repair and/or installation, at customers' sites, of equipment to ensure quality standards are met and the integrity of the equipment is maintained.
+ Ensure safe work practices are followed, reporting all safety incidents and near misses on a timely basis and maintaining the goal of "zero" lost time incidents.
+ Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to improve customer response time and accuracy of all data.
+ Ensure timely and continuous quality service to the customer, by phone or site visits when necessary.
+ Work with manager on customer communication.
+ Provide technical support to customers and training on equipment use and maintenance.
+ Prepare detailed service reports.
+ Coordinate contact with all levels of supervision.
+ Troubleshoot control systems.
+ Read and understand electrical/mechanical/plumbing schematics and use of troubleshooting tools and meters.
+ Perform and coordinate quality tests as instructed by work instructions, engineering, or supervisor to ensure product quality.
+ Install equipment including bulk tanks, pipe, vaporizers, skids, dosers, etc.
**_Requirements and Preferred Qualifications._**
+ Technical diploma/Certification required, preferably welding related.
+ Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role in the oil and gas industry
+ Excellent communication skills used in answering customer's questions and performing field service.
+ Ability to read electrical, mechanical and plumbing schematics preferred.
+ Work well in teams and independently.
+ Read and understand detailed blueprints.
+ Fluent knowledge of English.
+ Basic understanding of Industrial Controls and PLC's.
+ Basic understanding of cryogenic liquids and gases, and thermodynamics.
+ 3 years of relevant technical background including millwright, maintenance, engineering, and/or field service experience.
+ Willingness to travel frequently and work in changing environmental conditions.
