Cosa fa la struttura di Security sui temi di IT Risk Analysis verso le società del gruppo BNL BC

Le attività di IT Risk analysis nella struttura Security di BNL riguardano l’implementazione e l’applicazione di un IT Security Risk Control framework, basato sulle metodologie ed i modelli di Gruppo BNPP, per valutare i rischi IT & Cyber delle infrastrutture IT delle società del gruppo BNL BC. In particolare, il team Subsidiaries Monitoring monitora e controlla l’applicazione del framework di IT Risk management presso le società del gruppo BNL BC.

L’obiettivo è non solo quello di valutare lo stato dei rischi e la postura di sicurezza per le società del gruppo BNL BC, ma anche quello di definire i piani di azione finalizzati al raggiungimento del livello di maturità e di rischio attesi sulla sicurezza informatica.

Cosa farai concretamente?

Parteciperai attivamente nelle attività di analisi e valutazione dei rischi IT & Cyber, indirizzando le azioni di remediation con monitoraggio e reporting sullo stato dei rischi rilevati. Utilizzerai metodologie che ti permetteranno anche di maturare una profonda conoscenza degli standard di settore in ambito IT Risk Management. Dovrai utilizzare fonti dati e risultanze di attività tipiche previste in ambito sicurezza IT quali vulnerability assessment, esito di attività di controllo dei sistemi e piattaforme informatiche, assessment architetturali, analisi del codice applicativo e ti potrai avvalere di tutte le fonti disponibili, aggregando i risultati secondo una vista sintetica dei rischi. Ti occuperai, inoltre, di identificare modelli di valutazione di impatti e probabilità delle minacce per rappresentare sinteticamente lo stato dei rischi IT.

Il/la candidato/a ideale conosce:

  • i processi IT;
  • in modo approfondito le norme e gli standard in materia di rischi IT (gli standard ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST e Cobit), di Disaster Recovery e di Business Continuity (ISO22300, ecc.);
  • in modo approfondito le norme emesse dal regolatore (Bankit, Basilea 2, 3 e 4, regolamenti EBA PSD2) in materia di rischio informatico;
  • la lingua inglese (almeno livello B1);
  • la lingua francese (titolo preferenziale).

Il background del/la candidato/a ideale:

  • Ha conseguito una laurea nelle discipline STEM;
  • Ha un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e Access in particolare), è preferita una conoscenza di linguaggi di accesso a base dati (es.SQL Pyton, etc);
  • E’ preferita una certificazione che attesti le competenze specialistiche (es.Lead Auditor ISO 27001, Cobit Certified, CRISC, CISA);
  • E’ richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 2 anni nell’utilizzo di standard e metodologie per le attività di risk assessment/audit in ambito IT e sicurezza informatica preferibilmente maturata in ambito finanziario

Overview

Sisal ricerca per la propria sede di Milano un / una Market Research Expert da inserire all'interno della direzione Institutional Affairs & Communication. Il ruolo si focalizza sul garantire la realizzazione delle ricerche di mercato in Sisal, realizzando sia ricerche interne sia ricerche esterne tramite istituti di ricerca selezionati dalla funzione. La risorsa si occuperà di gestire in autonomia tutte le operatività legate all’istituto di ricerca interno e supportare il responsabile nella definizione delle linee strategiche derivanti dagli insight di ricerca. Si dedicherà alla realizzazione dei principali KPI di valutazione delle performance aziendali (eNPS, NPS, definizione della numerica di gioco responsabile). È previsto anche un coordinamento delle attività sia in Italia che a livello internazionale (Turchia, Marocco, Albania e per le gare).

Responsabilità del ruolo
  • Realizzazione delle ricerche interne commissionate dai clienti interni di Sisal: dalla stesura del brief, al progetto di ricerca (definizione del timing di tutte le fasi, stesura della traccia del questionario, decisione del campione da intervistare, controllo dell’andamento del field, analisi dei dati e creazione del report per presentazioni dei risultati e degli insight al cliente).
  • Gestisce tutte le operatività legate all’istituto di ricerca interno e supporta il responsabile nella definizione delle linee strategiche derivanti dagli insight di ricerca.
  • Coordina gruppi di ricerca qualitativi in base alla propria esperienza.
  • Coordina le attività di ricerca delle agenzie esterne: contatto con l’agenzia, affiancamento al responsabile per la contrattazione dei costi di ricerca e l’approvazione del progetto, definizione delle condizioni contrattuali, gestione con il team Privacy, approvazione del questionario e del report, definizione delle tempistiche per le diverse fasi di ricerca.

  • Interfaccia con le principali funzioni per la definizione di tutte le attività di ricerca.

  • Leading and growing IDC’s market-leading research into AI and automation market trends.
  • Publishing thought leadership research papers on various AI and automation topics, highlighting the implications for technology vendors and buyer organizations.
  • Providing insightful and relevant comments on industry events, particularly how related market trends (including regulation, government industrial strategies, the development of technology ecosystems and more) impact AI and automation development and adoption.
  • Gradually becoming a ‘face’ of IDC’s coverage of AI and automation in Europe, presenting at IDC and external events.
  • Supporting the delivery of AI and automation market intelligence briefings for clients.
  • Contributing to and gradually taking ownership of consulting projects, responding to client enquires, collaborating on wider research documents
  • Working with IDC’s quantitative market sizing and forecasting team, as a contributor to market definition, sizing and forecasting deliverables.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will come from an analyst, consulting, or technology industry background, though candidates with relevant technology journalism experience will also be considered as strong contenders. The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate :

  • A strong interest in current and future AI and automation challenges and strategies that organizations are dealing with. The person must seek to understand how AI and automation technologies affect business outcomes and how technology dynamics will affect these outcomes in the future.
  • A BA / BS college degree is required with a preference towards a graduate-level MBA / MA / MS degree.
  • Previous experience related to market research, enterprise software, and / or business applications would be advantageous.
  • Practical knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies coupled with data analysis skills would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation communication skills, and the ability to write and deliver content to deadlines. Fluency in written and oral English is required. Fluency in a second European language would be advantageous.
  • The ability to deliver to deadlines, and work under pressure with good attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn new topics or material quickly, a curious and growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to think independently.

The role will involve limited travel, predominantly in Europe.

IDC’s European Data, Analytics, AI, and Automation team is looking for a RESEARCH ANALYST to help develop, articulate, and drive research across IDC's European AI and Automation research programs. IDC is looking for a research analyst who can contribute to new thinking around, for example, the impact of generative AI, AI use cases, AI regulation, and technology alliances on AI and automation technology and adoption.

The Research Analyst will gain valuable insights and knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA, workflow technologies, process intelligence, and the broader Automation space and gradually build a personal brand. This is a highly visible position that requires the candidate to participate in new research initiatives, help develop impactful market insights and quantitative market analysis research, participate in business development activities, and over time assume speaking engagements.
