We are excited to offer an internal promotion opportunity for a tenacious Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division. You will work on a range of campaigns and serve as the backbone of marketing within the division.

We seek an experienced marketing professional capable of managing stakeholders at various levels and approaching their work in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers to plan and execute regional programs and digital tactics.
  • Advise on marketing best practices and participate in project planning stages.
  • Implement marketing processes to deliver tactics aligned with service level agreements, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Mentor new or junior team members to enable independent project work.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Set up promotions with tracking capabilities; report on marketing project performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Use data to optimize marketing tactics to achieve targets.
  • Create compelling marketing copy suitable for various media and channels.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive marketing experience across digital channels including website, mobile, video, social media, e-commerce, events, lead scoring, automation, and channel partnerships.
  • A marketing degree is a plus.
  • Project management experience or certification is desirable.
  • Data-driven marketing approach and ability to analyze results and recommend improvements.
  • Creative marketing approach.
  • Ability to work independently, in teams, and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills are advantageous.
  • Experience with tools like AEM, WordPress, WordFront, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and European languages is a plus.

    • Partner closely with regional marketers and local stakeholders to translate global campaign strategies into end-to-end communications plans tailored to market needs
    • Build and manage content across a variety of formats and channels, including digital assets (landing pages, emails, social posts), sales tools, and patient education materials
    • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to refine messaging, manage asset production, and support campaign rollout
    • Serve as a key liaison between global marketing and regional teams to gather feedback, align on needs, and ensure smooth execution

    Required Knowledge and Experience :

  • Experience localizing and executing global campaigns in international or regional markets.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Workfront, AEM, digital asset management tools)
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
  • A team-first mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Marketing Communications Specialist Fulltime:
    Treviso, Italy Area of responsibility The Marketing department in Treviso site is looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist, with the primary role of content creation at corporate level and secondary role to support tradeshow and event in the EU. You will be part of an international team within the corporate function Branding and Communication, being responsible for the following activities:
    Primary Role:
    Content Creation · Develop and execute a comprehensive content aligned with the company’s strategy, business goals and Marketing communication. · Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and whitepapers. · Collaborate with internal teams to produce product related content, application case studies, and target-group oriented messaging for several communication assets (Catalogues, Brochures, Articles, Presentations, Videos, etc). · Ensure timely delivery of content within the Editorial calendar & Communication Campaign plan · Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility. · Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach. · Coordinate assigned tasks with relevant internal functions and external resources/agencies Secondary Role:
    Coordination-support for European Tradeshows and Events · Support planning and coordinating tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, with local representatives · Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. · Coordinate identifying of the necessary event marketing messaging and materials · Support managing event logistics, including booth setup, supported by local representatives. · Coordinate setting up the tracking and reporting on event performance, including lead generation and ROI, with the team’s responsible colleagues · Ensure brand consistency and high standards of presentation at all events, assisted Capabilities Required:
    · Approximately 5 years of experience in content creation and event coordination, preferably in the B2B lighting industry. · Bachelor's degree (or specialist/master's degree) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. · Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content. · Fluency in English both written and spoken (preferred mother tongue) · Proficiency in content generation. · Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Attitude for teamwork in international/multicultural environment, encouraging feedback and collaboration for sustainable results · Attitude to learn, flexibility to adapt and excellent eye for detail If you are passionate about making a difference and being part of a team that is shaping the future, we'd like to hear from you.     We are excited to offer an internal promotion opportunity for a tenacious Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division. You will work on a range of campaigns and serve as the backbone of marketing within the division.

    We seek an experienced marketing professional capable of managing stakeholders at various levels and approaching their work in a consultative manner.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with regional marketing managers to plan and execute regional programs and digital tactics.
    • Advise on marketing best practices and participate in project planning stages.
    • Implement marketing processes to deliver tactics aligned with service level agreements, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Mentor new or junior team members to enable independent project work.
    • Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and publishers.
    • Set up promotions with tracking capabilities; report on marketing project performance and recommend optimizations.
    • Use data to optimize marketing tactics to achieve targets.
    • Create compelling marketing copy suitable for various media and channels.

    Qualifications :

    Extensive marketing experience across digital channels including website, mobile, video, social media, e-commerce, events, lead scoring, automation, and channel partnerships.A marketing degree is a plus.Project management experience or certification is desirable.Data-driven marketing approach and ability to analyze results and recommend improvements.Creative marketing approach.Ability to work independently, in teams, and with minimal supervision.Strong storytelling and copywriting skills are advantageous.Experience with tools like AEM, WordPress, WordFront, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and European languages is a plus.
