Overview
ATM, storico operatore del trasporto pubblico a Milano e nell’area metropolitana, è oggi tra i protagonisti della mobilità sostenibile in Europa, portando eccellenza e cambiamento anche in Danimarca e Grecia.
Non ci occupiamo, però, solo di trasporto pubblico locale! Infatti, i nostri tecnici della Direzione Sistemi OT provvedono alla manutenzione e al monitoraggio dei sistemi tecnologici per la supervisione e il controllo delle linee, garantendo il funzionamento continuo della rete di trasporto.
In un’ottica di continuo miglioramento dei nostri servizi, siamo quindi alla ricerca di un Tecnico H24 da inserire nel team di Supporto Tecnico alle Control Room.
Principali attività
- Monitoraggio dei sistemi informatici, delle reti costituenti l’infrastruttura tecnologica asservita alla Sala Operativa e dei sistemi di primo livello, mediante l’impiego delle specifiche postazioni di controllo e di manutenzione;
- Supporto tecnico e assistenza sull’utilizzo dei sistemi tecnologici di sala, gestione guasti e anomalie;
- Esecuzione delle procedure di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva, sia software sia hardware, delle apparecchiature IT, OT e TLC asservite alla sala operativa.
Requisiti richiesti
- Diploma quinquennale preferibilmente ad indirizzo telecomunicazioni, elettronica, informatica, elettrotecnica;
- Possesso patente B;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni, in base alle esigenze di servizio.
Completano il profilo
- Esperienza pregressa su sistemi di telecontrollo e automazione in ambiente metro/ferroviario;
- Propensione al lavoro in ambienti con infrastrutture critiche e in condizioni di urgenza;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di Supervisione e Operational Technology;
- Capacità di lavorare in team.
- Esperienza pregressa come Help Desk di I, II, III livello.
Cosa offriamo

Come monitoring expert si occuperà di:
- Amministrazione del sistema di monitoraggio in uso basato su checkmk (installazione, configurazione, tuning delle performance)
- Sviluppo e gestione plugin del sistema di monitoraggio in linguaggio python
- Partecipazione a progetti incentrati sull’estensione del monitoraggio a nuove componenti applicative ed infrastrutturali (design, studio di api etc etc)
- Partecipazione a progetti di integrazione del sistema di monitoraggio con componenti infrastrutturali e applicative (Cmdb, sistema di Ticketing etc etc)
- Possibile attività in reperibilità
- Gestire la componente documentale delle attività
PROFILO
- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche
- Almeno sette anni di esperienza nel ruolo
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese
COMPETENZE TECNICHE
- Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi operativi Linux (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, Suse etc etc)
- Buona conoscenza dell’ambiente Windows server
- Buona conoscenza del tool di monitoraggio Nagios (gradita conoscenza di checkmk)
- Buona conoscenza dei linguaggi di shell scripting (bash e powershell)
- Conoscenza di base sulle metodologie di backup (host level/application level)
- Conoscenza di base degli ambienti di virtualizzazione VMWare. RHEV, OLVM
- E’ gradita la conoscenza degli ambienti Cloud (OpenStack, AWS, Azure)
- E’ gradita la conoscenza degli ambienti basati su Linux Container (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OKD)
- E’ gradita la conoscenza dei principali database come MySql, Postgress, MongoDB

As Monitoring Systems Specialist at ISMES S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include :
- Installation, testing and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic)
- Plant design with economic evaluation for the construction of monitoring systems
- Drafting technical specifications for plant works and measurement sensors;
- Definition and organization of activities for the implementation of the necessary plant works, documents relating to safety, subcontracting and bureaucratic practices in general;
- Coordination of field activities for the construction of systems;

What you will do
As Project Manager Monitoring Systems at ISMES S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of the context in which to install the monitoring system and identification of parameters to be monitored;
- Feasibility and design (up to the executive level) of structural monitoring systems for static, seismic, meteorological, geotechnical, hydrological etc. necessary to keep control of the work or the territorial context;
- Management of the project (drawing up specific technical plant works, definition and organization of activities for the realization of the necessary plant works, documents relating to safety, subcontracting, bureaucratic procedures, etc.);
- Supervision of the installation, testing and maintenance activities of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic);
- Production final documentation of the completed plant;
- Analysis and engineering interpretation of monitoring data for reporting periodicals.
As Project Manager Monitoring Systems, you are an Engineer/Geologist with experience in the design, implementation and management of systems for monitoring land and/or structures and infrastructures.

What you bring
Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience are:
Knowledge
- Degree in Engineering, Geology (specialization in special surveys, geomatics, topography);
- PMP® (Project Management Professional) or similar certification;
- Registration in the professional register for signing projects;
- Knowledge of the main computer supports such as BIM, CAD, GIS, Office;
- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of a second language, (pref. Spanish/Portuguese);
- Knowledge of industrial electronics (data acquisition systems, digital communication systems, etc.) and/or in electrical and electromechanical installations (electrical plant engineering, small mechanical and civil works).
Experience and skills
- Experience in the role: min 5 years;
- At least 5 years' experience in the activities described in the previous paragraph;
- Experience on construction sites;

What you will do
As Monitoring Systems Specialist at ISMES S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
• Installation, testing and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic)
• Plant design with economic evaluation for the construction of monitoring systems
• Drafting technical specifications for plant works and measurement sensors;
• Definition and organization of activities for the implementation of the necessary plant works, documents relating to safety, subcontracting and bureaucratic practices in general;
• Coordination of field activities for the construction of systems;
• Testing and start-up of completed systems, training courses and final delivery to the customer;
• Production of final documentation of the created system.
As Monitoring Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and execution of design, installation, testing and maintenance activities of monitoring systems for relevant structures such as dams, monuments and infrastructures and for the protection of the territory.

What you bring
Among all your other talents, your key skills are:
Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor's or master's degree engineer in the civil or plant engineering field (three-or five-year degree)
- Experience in field activities and design for the creation of monitoring systems for the territory and/or structures and infrastructures (experience: min 2 years).
- At least 2 years' experience in the design and construction of systems for the connection of sensors and data transmission
- Experience of off-line electrical work
- Aptitude for human relationships and communication skills with the customer and other construction site figures
- Ability to work in a team;
- Skills in industrial electronics (data acquisition systems, measurement transducers, digital communication systems, etc.) and/or in electrical and electromechanical systems (electrical systems, small mechanical and civil works, etc.)
- Knowledge of the main IT supports such as AutoCad, Microsoft Office;
- Training from designated team leader preferred
- Good knowledge of English and a second language, preferably Spanish
- Availability for frequent short and medium-term trips domestically and abroad
- Suitability to work in confined places and/or at heights.
