Main Purpose of the role The Plant Maintenance Engineer will have to collaborate in the management of corrective and preventive maintenance (scheduled and conditional) of the plant's process plants and packaging lines, based on technical skills relating to mechanical, electrical and service industrial systems.

Our Perfect Candidate
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the role of Maintenance Engineer in companies in the food & beverage, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical and metalworking sectors; Degree in Industrial Engineering; Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemistry; Maintenance management specialization course; Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple internal and external customers; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization; Strong orientation towards results and proactivity in identifying and reporting, with attention to detail and with an analytical approach, any critical issues in achieving the set objectives.

Principali responsabilità
– È responsabile delle attività di manutenzione preventiva, ordinaria e straordinaria degli stabili, di tutti gli impianti di stabilimento (impianto elettrico, aria compressa, collettamento acque bianche e nere, impianto di depurazione, impianto di condizionamento e termoidraulico, impianto di allarme), delle macchine utensili e dei mezzi di sollevamento e trasporto interno
– Assicura le attività di cambio dell’olio nelle parti idrauliche delle macchine, l’alimentazione delle stesse con grassi, il cambio delle emulsioni e la pulizia straordinaria delle vasche
– Sviluppa i piani di manutenzione programmata in collaborazione diretta con il Coordinator of Facility Management
– Effettua le registrazioni degli interventi di manutenzione unitamente all’aggiornamento degli archivi tecnici dei mezzi produttivi
– Supporta il Coordinator of Facility Management nella gestione delle società di consulenza esterna e nella gestione delle attività delle imprese esterne, verificando i lavori effettuati e intervenendo nel caso di inadempimenti
– Supporta il Coordinator of Facility Management nella gestione dei rapporti con gli Enti Pubblici di vigilanza e ispezione (ASL, Vigili del Fuoco ecc.)

Responsibilities / Tasks
Il Facility Maintenance Worker è responsabile della gestione operativa delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle infrastrutture aziendali. Collabora con il team Operations per garantire l'efficienza, la sicurezza e la funzionalità degli impianti e delle strutture, contribuendo al mantenimento degli standard produttivi e normativi.
Responsabilità Principali:
- Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria (preventiva) e straordinaria su edifici, impianti elettrici, idraulici, HVAC e altre infrastrutture aziendali.
- Monitorare lo stato delle strutture e degli impianti, segnalando eventuali anomalie o necessità di intervento.
- Gestire gli ordini di acquisto relativi a materiali, ricambi e servizi necessari per le attività di manutenzione.
- Coordinarsi con fornitori esterni per l’esecuzione di interventi specialistici.
- Mantenere aggiornati i registri di manutenzione e la documentazione tecnica.
- Collaborare con l’Operations Manager per la pianificazione delle attività e il miglioramento continuo dei processi manutentivi.
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Diploma tecnico (preferibilmente in ambito meccanico, elettrico o elettrotecnico).
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in aziende metalmeccaniche o manifatturiere.
- Conoscenza di base degli impianti industriali e delle tecniche di manutenzione.
- Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e software gestionali (es. ERP, sistemi di ticketing).
- Attitudine al problem solving, autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team.

**PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER**
**Responsabilità**
- Coordinare e controllare i lavori di manutenzione, riparazione, migliorie e modifiche sugli impianti e sulle linee di produzione, rispondendo della corretta esecuzione dei lavori.
- Garantire la piena efficienza degli impianti produttivi e il miglior stato dello stabilimento aziendale nel suo complesso.
- Coordinare le attività del team di manutenzione, curando anche l’osservazione delle norme e delle misure di sicurezza generali.
- Curare il piano di manutenzione e i turni del team di sua competenza.
- Operare un’analisi e una programmazione degli interventi delle ditte esterne.
- Curare l’interfaccia con il Plant Manager, in relazione a tutte le problematiche relative agli impianti e alle strutture dello stabilimento.
- Monitorare l’inventario dei pezzi di ricambio e aggiornarne il registro.
- Curare l’implementazione delle attività richieste dal Team di Miglioramento Continuo.
- Comunicare ogni informazione di tipo amministrativo quali orari, prospetto per gli incidenti, ferie e permessi che riguardino il team di sua competenza.
- Rispondere delle performance della propria funzione sulla base dei KPI’s.
**Competenze**
- Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o titolo equipollente.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente in aziende dei settori Alimentare, Chimico, Farmaceutico.
- Esperienza di gestione e di coordinamento, di analisi dell'efficienza degli stabilimenti e risoluzione delle problematiche.
- Conoscenze teoriche e pratiche degli impianti industriali di produzione.
- Capacità di redigere la reportistica inerente al proprio comparto al fine di condividerla con la direzione.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza base di Lean Six Sigma.
- Attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali, forte orientamento al risultato, flessibilità oraria e dinamicità.
