We are looking for a Product Sales professional

to follow the South Europe Area, focused on Picosun ALD Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the product sales owner, represent the BU products to the customer in all sales-oriented activities. Attend and present at technical seminars / conferences (internal and external).
  • Identify customer needs and develop / implement complex product sales strategies. Align offerings with the remaining sales team (i.e., as part of large orders).
  • Call on existing and new customers (full ICAPS customer coverage) to present Applied product offerings; coordinate customer demonstrations with product business group representatives and the Technology team.
  • Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicate and present the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives.
  • Prepare pricing quotes; negotiate to final price and submit documentation to book orders; follow-up on accounts receivables escalations.
  • Maintain appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Keep summaries of customer visits. Develop customer-specific action plans and complete them on time.
  • Actively and motivatedly use Applied sales tools (SFDC, SOO, PSC, TAMBA, Forecast, call plans).
Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.
  • Knowledge of various processes (ALD deposition a plus) and/or the full EPG product portfolio.
  • Required technology background: > 3-5 years.
Additional Qualifications
  • Understanding of ICAPS customer environment to position Applied products effectively.
  • Business expertise: interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Leadership: may lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  • Problem solving: lead others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought and exercise judgment to identify innovative solutions.
  • Impact: influence the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives; work guided by functional policies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills & Certifications: (Specify as needed).
  • Years of Experience: 7 - 10 years.
  • Travel: Yes, approximately 75% of the time.

Product Sales Specialist

Summary :

The HWA / HCL UNO Sales Specialist is responsible for growing new license, subscription & support and services revenue for the HCL software portfolio for the workload automation area. The Sales Specialist is a customer-facing role that takes a solution and consultative approach to identifying, progressing and closing opportunities. Hunting attitude required.

The role will also work closely across HCL Products services, product management, development, support and customer advocacy teams. Key focus being on new license revenue opportunity.

Experience :

The Workload Automation Sales and Business Process Orchestration Specialist should have 8+ years experience and a demonstrated track record in enterprise software and services sales. The role requires a 4-year university degree (or equivalent).

  • Welcome Sales expertise on Control-M, CA7, Autosys, Automic, IBM Workload Automation or other scheduling and automation solution
  • Welcome Sales expertise on ERP and Business Process Orchestration to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Understand with high proficiency licensing, entitlements, and pricing models.
  • Proper Customer Success Managers Management
  • Understand with high proficiency the market and the competition
  • Collaborate with the regional Client Directors to define sales strategy, and tactical steps for the different sales cycles
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers team to ensure retention of current customers.
  • Work in a collaborative with the Customer Success Managers and Marketing teams to properly manage new and existing leads
  • Work in a collaborative way with the Customer Success Managers and Legal teams to properly onboard new customers
  • Work in a collaborative way with the Business Partners (BPs) and Legal teams to properly onboard new BPs
  • Solve basic customer questions related to the solution (for more complex situations work with the Technical Advisors team)
  • Take ownership of crit sits to resolve them with the support / engineering / Technical Advisors teams.
  • Enlarge the value of the registered renewal for our key customers by assessing potential upsell, cross sell, and CSA / PSA opportunities.
  • Develop additional sales leads while assisting customers to migrate to newer versions.
  • Focus efforts to close new logos.
  • Work with the Technical Advisors team to perform workshops to evaluate migration options, additional capabilities, strategic plans and value realization.
  • Assist and develop new and current sales opportunities with Business Partners
  • Lead together with the Marketing team, the organization of marketing events in the region
  • Demonstration of eagerness to contribute by showing self initiative, leadership, positive attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills
