  • Stand and walk for the majority of work shift, sometimes as long as twelve hours per day, five or sometimes six days per week.
  • Frequent (at least 2 / 3 of the work day) bending and twisting at neck and waist, crouching and squatting, reaching above and below shoulder height, grasping, pulling, pushing and fine manipulation with both hands, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • See and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

La realtà è composta attualmente da tre store fisici: Milano, Roma e Parigi. La figura ricercata si occuperà in autonomia del coordinamento delle risorse dei tre store, rispondendo direttamente al CEO.

Responsabilità Primarie:

  • Contribuire all’espansione della linea di business, implementando anche nuove strategie di vendita
  • Pianificare il forecast di vendita
  • Stabilire e assegnare gli obiettivi di vendita agli store manager
  • Impostare e analizzare i corretti KPI per ogni punto vendita
  • Costruire e analizzare il reporting del reparto Retail
  • Elaborare e promuovere lo sviluppo delle politiche commerciali
  • Promuovere a livello nazionale e internazionale del marchio aziendale
  • Garantire il controllo generale su tutte le operazioni dell’azienda, attraverso la supervisione di tutti i riporti funzionali diretti (Store e Logistica)
  • Coordinare e ottimizzare tutte le attività operative e di pianificazione dell’organizzazione, al fine di renderle più efficaci e funzionali agli obiettivi di business
  • Individuare le aree critiche e proporre azioni di miglioramento per le aree logistiche e store, sia a livello organizzativo che operativo
  • Predisporre e mettere in atto i regolamenti e i processi di sviluppo indispensabili per il corretto funzionamento delle attività negli Store e nella Logistica
  • Coordinare le attività del team retail attuale e gestire il reclutamento di nuove risorse, affidando ad ognuno il proprio ruolo e responsabilità
  • Gestire tutte le attività connesse al team: piano ferie, turni, corsi di formazione, cambi di ruolo, eventuali problematiche
  • Controllare, pianificare e supervisionare il lavoro delle risorse del team di Store e magazzino in conformità con le politiche operative
  • Gestione degli acquisti relativi ai punti vendita, sotto la supervisione del Senior Buyer

Requisiti specifici:

  • Spiccata predisposizione a lavorare in autonomia garantendo allineamento alle linee strategiche e di indirizzo fissate
  • Comprovata esperienza decennale in ambito commerciale, preferibilmente nel settore retail - streetwear
  • Ottime competenze relazionali
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici
  • Spiccata attitudine al raggiungimento degli obiettivi

Key responsibilities include :

  • Serving customers in a professional and courteous manner;

  • Replenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability;
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range;
  • Collaborating positively with the team and providing courtesy, friendliness, and kindness to customers;
  • Managing cashier operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Candidate requirements include :

  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a retail brand, preferably in a premium or luxury level environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages considered an asset);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in schedules.
