Are you an experienced
Client Executive – Risk Management General
Are you an experienced Client Executive with Property-Liability insurance background ? Are you interested in building relationships with a broad spectrum of clients (including multinational) for a market-leading, global organization that can provide long-term career progression? If so, we are currently looking to expand our Risk Management General Team on Milan office and are very interested in speaking with top talent within the insurance industry.

- Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients;

- Lead and sign off insurance program design activities;
- Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees;
- Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams;
- Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
- Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Law or similar;
- Proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries, preferably in a client-facing role;
- Property-Liability (combined) insurance experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Negotiating and influencing skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.

Stiamo cercando un Esperto NIS (Network and Information Security) per rafforzare il nostro team di Cyber Security , con un focus sulla conformità alla Direttiva NIS/NIS2 e sulla protezione delle infrastrutture IT critiche.
Responsabilità principali
- Implementare e monitorare le misure di sicurezza per garantire la conformità alla Direttiva NIS/NIS2 .
- Analizzare e mitigare le minacce informatiche su reti, sistemi IT e infrastrutture critiche.
- Collaborare con i team IT per migliorare i piani di cybersecurity e le strategie di difesa.
- Gestire la risposta agli incidenti di sicurezza e le attività di remediation.
- Eseguire valutazioni di rischio, penetration test e attività di vulnerability assessment .
- Redigere documentazione tecnica e report per la governance della sicurezza.
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in Cyber Security e sicurezza delle infrastrutture IT.
- Conoscenza della Direttiva NIS/NIS2 e delle normative di sicurezza informatica (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Competenze su network security, firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, gestione degli accessi (IAM) .
- Esperienza in analisi forense, threat intelligence e incident response .
- Conoscenza di strumenti di cybersecurity come Splunk, Qualys, Nessus, Wireshark .
- Certificazioni di settore preferibili: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, NIS2 Compliance Specialist .

MODEL RISK MANAGEMENT (MRM)
The Model Risk Management (MRM) group is a multidisciplinary group of quantitative experts at Goldman Sachs with presence in New York, Dallas, London, Warsaw, Hong Kong, and Bangalore. The MRM group is responsible for independent oversight of Model Risk at the firm, ensuring compliance with Firmwide Policy on Model Control and related standards, including documentation to evidence effective challenge over the Model development, implementation, and usage of Models.
The group’s primary mandate is to manage risk that arises from models used in the firm through its range of businesses– from models used for derivatives valuation to models used for risk management, liquidity and capital computations. In addition to independently reviewing these classes of models for their validity, theoretical consistency and implementation accuracy, the group is also responsible to assess the risk associated with model choice, e.g., exposure to choice of model in various contexts such as pricing exotic options or in calculating capital.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Resource Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal and external resources, including Local IT teams, in collaboration with Local IT Managers.
Project & AMS Delivery: Oversee the delivery of AMS and projects in your area, focusing on WAN, LAN, and IT Security. Work closely with IT Business Partners and HQ Business Team Leaders to ensure seamless governance.
Incident Management: Be the go-to person for major service incidents. Prioritize service restoration and impact communication, chair post-incident reviews, and manage follow-up actions.
Documentation & Training: Develop and execute testing documentation, create training materials, and conduct training sessions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional decisions with other team leaders to ensure cohesive operations.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in second/third-level security support, with processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
Leadership: Ability to manage projects and operations, interacting with local and top managers.
Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Mandatory CCNA, NSE4, and NSE5 certifications.
Technical Skills: At least 5 years of experience with Routing, Fortinet, Linux, FortiManager, Fortinet centralized platform, CCNP Security, SD-WAN, and VPN configuration.
