Ricerca SITE & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER per cantieri italiani ed Esteri.

Al Capo Cantiere demandato il compito di gestire ed organizzare globalmente il cantiere inteso come l’insieme delle risorse umane e materiali impiegate nella costruzione e nell’avviamento degli impianti.

Deve gestire in modo continuativo gli aspetti relazionali con i Clienti assicurando una puntuale e costante interfaccia con la Sede e deve garantire una costante comunicazione e cooperazione con tutte le altre parti coinvolte inclusi gli enti pubblici o privati di varia natura, rispettando le conformità con le leggi locali ed eventualmente alla situazione politico / economica nel Paese o nell’Area Geografica dove si sviluppa il cantiere.

• Studiare dettagliatamente il contratto commerciale e la specifica tecnica, avendo cura di chiarire in anticipo sulla data di inizio lavori, eventuali criticità o problematiche emerse durante la trattativa commerciale e / o lo sviluppo dell’ingegneria e / o la produzione dei macchinari.
• Raccogliere e condividere con il Project Director / Project Manager i verbali di riunione e / o le comunicazioni intercorse col Cliente nel periodo antecedente l’inizio dei lavori in cantiere.
• Cooperare con il Project Manager nella definizione del programma lavori e delle modalità di verifica del progress.
• Definire l’organizzazione e gli incarichi in cantiere (organigramma) in relazione agli obiettivi di budget, al programma lavori, alla qualità ed in particolare alla sicurezza cantiere.
• Studiare i contratti di appalto e subappalto con ditte terze incaricate dei lavori di montaggio e le specifiche tecniche dei lavori appaltati, con particolare attenzione alle modalità di gestione e controllo della sicurezza in cantiere da parte dei subappaltatori, ai processi di controllo della qualità, dello stato di avanzamento lavori, della reportistica, e degli eventuali reclami e contenziosi.
• Inoltre, dovrà svolgere le mansioni di apertura cantiere; organizzazione strutture e logistica di cantiere (uffici, meeting room, mensa, aree di stoccaggio materiali, percorsi, movimentazioni, procedure di ingresso e stoccaggio dei materiali ecc.); organizzazione della logistica fuori cantiere (alloggi, trasporti locali, conto corrente, cassa cantiere); organizzazione meeting di apertura cantiere con cliente e ditte di montaggio, approvazione del programma lavori e definizione della base line, definizione delle responsabilità in termini di sicurezza cantiere, verifica dello stato di avanzamento lavori e gestione del progress di cantiere, verifica e controllo dei lavori svolti dalle ditte terze incaricate dei montaggi, riconoscimento dello stato di avanzamento lavori ed aggiornamento del progress attraverso gli strumenti informatici messi a disposizione dall’azienda, verbalizzazione delle riunioni e distribuzione della relativa documentazione alle parti interessate.

Responsabilità principali

• Coordinamento operativo e tecnico dei cantieri (negozi, residenziale, luxury retail);

Requisiti

• Conoscenza delle tecniche costruttive e materiali di finitura di pregio;
  
  
• Ottime doti organizzative e comunicative, capacità di leadership in cantiere;
  
  
• Disponibilità atrasferte in Italia e, occasionalmente, all’estero;
  
  
• Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano;

We are looking for an Area Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager who will be CO+I’s representative for safety, supporting the Site Acquisition, Datacenter Execution and Engineering business groups in the UK region. This encompasses EHS factors associated with facility location analysis, design, construction, and commissioning for owned and leased assets, and may include processes for:

• Environmental in Design and Construction
• Facility location analysis for EHS

This is a highly influential position reporting to the Regional Director, Construction and Design Safety.

Location: Position location is in Italy, within daily travel to the greater Milan area. (This is not a remote working position)

The Area EHS Manager must be an experienced and recognized technical expert in Construction and Design Safety, to include incorporation of safety into business and project management processes. His / her mission is to assist program safety leads, business line Regional Directors, and Project Managers with advancing safety programs and culture for both the lease and build portfolios. This will be achieved through development, implementation and execution of corporate and business line safety procedures, training, and safety leadership mentorship. S / he will monitor risks, trends and leading / lagging metrics, then develop reports and management review content that will be used to drive accountability and action. There will be extensive interaction with a diverse range of business partners, peers and stakeholders inside and outside of the company.

The span and complexity of our activities requires advanced knowledge and technical specialization in construction and design safety management to recognize and control risks.

• Work with leaders, staff and contractors at all levels and in multiple cultures to implement effective solutions.
• Drive supplier safety performance through safety leadership engagement, collaborative forums, and contractual assurance actions.
• Evaluate EHS risks during site selection, design, construction, and commissioning activities and ensure actions are taken to mitigate risks.
• Work with business partners and peer EHS teams to ensure the transition from datacenter delivery to datacenter operations is smooth and risks are adequately mitigated.
• Drive a standardized and harmonized approach across datacenter activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present on a regular basis to various leadership teams.
• Interface with local, national and international regulatory agencies on safety issues.
• Interpret safety standards and regulatory requirements to assure compliance and aggressive management of risk.
• Establish risk mitigation goals and develop metrics, dashboards and / or scorecards to track / communicate / drive progress.
• Analyze leading & lagging safety metrics and communicate results to leadership to drive action and accountability.
• Provide training to staff.
• Carry out routine safety program, project, and contractor audits.
• Perform and participate in incident investigations.

• Education: A University / Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of degree in science, engineering or related Safety / SHE discipline / degree is required.
• Experience: Progressive experience in Construction and Design Safety is required, with demonstrated knowledge and experience controlling the broad spectrum of safety risks.
