Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Site Construction Manager for the Koch Glitsch business line, global leader in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art mass transfer and mist elimination products for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, pharmaceutical, and specialty industries.
- What You Will Do In Your Role
- Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
- Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
- Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
- Provides technical support to Project Managers.
- Develops and maintains project cost / change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
- Performs change order estimating and assists the Project Manager in change order negotiations.
- Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
- Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
- Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
- Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
- Attend client program meetings as needed.

- Requirements
- Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineer
- Experience as Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites is preferred

Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un Site Supervisor motivato e con esperienza per unirsi al nostro team di costruzione di impianti fotovoltaici. La figura selezionata lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con il Site Manager e il Construction Manager, fornendo supporto per la gestione quotidiana del cantiere.
Responsabilità principali- Assistenza al Site Manager e Construction Manager nella gestione del cantiere.
- Supervisione e controllo della qualità e delle quantità dei materiali ricevuti.
- Gestione della documentazione relativa ai materiali e al progetto.
- Monitoraggio delle consegne e gestione della logistica dei materiali in cantiere.
- Supporto nella redazione di report e segnalazione di eventuali variazioni di qualità e necessarie rettifiche ai responsabili.
- Supervisione della qualità dell'esecuzione del lavoro, con segnalazioni di eventuali problematiche al Site Manager e Construction Manager.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (obbligatoria).

Overview
Dematic is looking for a Supervisor, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The role involves leading a group of people to manage and control all resident customer service activities at our Customer distribution Center near Cesena city.
What we offerThe Supervisor is going to :
- Manage the start-up phase of the project with an agile approach
- Coordinate a team of 25+ workers together with the Senior Site Manager
- Plan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive / corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) together with the Senior Site Manager
- Design processes in accordance with the service contract agreement together with the Senior Site Manager
- Attend planned periodic meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal / external stakeholders
- Be a key player for the Customer and for Dematic stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize service activities to minimise impact to the customer’s business
- Work with the resident team to ensure full availability of the system under service contract obligations
- Collaborate with other departments, interacting continuously with his / her team on the work site
- Conduct periodic KPI analyses and write reports about the service activities
- Ensure a safe, secure and clean environment while delivering the project within contractual obligations
- Maintain quality control and compliance procedures
- Report directly to the Senior Site Manager
Who we are looking for?
- Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation
- Experience in electrical, mechanical and software engineering
- At least 5-10 years of experience in material handling environments, e.g. highly automated production plants
- Previous experience as Supervisor / Site Manager or in a similar role
- Previous key role experience in a complex organization
- Bachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)

Principali Responsabilità:

Como supervisor de sitio de limpieza , los siguientes deberes y responsabilidades serán parte de esta oportunidad, pero no se limitan a ellos:
- Capacidad para liderar un equipo en un entorno de operaciones de limpieza complejo y orientado a tareas.
- Brinda apoyo directo al Equipo del Centro de Operaciones de Mantenimiento y al Equipo de Operaciones de Campo de KBS respondiendo de manera eficiente, oportuna y precisa a todas las escaladas.
- Limpia habitaciones, pasillos, baños, vestuarios, oficinas, escaleras, salas de descanso y otras áreas de trabajo según sea necesario.
- Sigue el diagrama de flujo del proceso de tareas del supervisor de limpieza
- Familiarizado con el apoyo de llamadas trabajando directamente o dividiendo turnos entre el equipo y liderando el turno cubriendo con éxito los cronogramas diarios de operaciones.
- Proporciona retroalimentación sobre las actividades en curso y se compromete a implementar procedimientos oportunos de informes de escalada al equipo de gestión de KBS.
- 1+ años en un puesto de liderazgo/supervisión
- Capacidad para seguir los requisitos de OSHA, las pautas de seguridad y las instrucciones del montacargas.
- Orientado al servicio al cliente, actitud amigable y positiva con la capacidad de motivar a los miembros del equipo y apoyar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera ordenada y oportuna.
- Debe pasar con éxito la verificación de antecedentes de KBS / prueba de drogas.
