La Business Unit AMS di ICONSULTING è dedicata ai servizi di manutenzione IT in ambito Dati; in particolare è legata ai processi di elaborazione del dato e la gestione di architetture.

Responsibilities
  • Presidio quotidiano dei servizi running presso il cliente per verificarne il corretto funzionamento e intervenire tempestivamente in caso di anomalie o guasti, dandone comunicazione direttamente al cliente.
  • Lavorare alla risoluzione dei ticket e delle richieste aperte per risolverli nei tempi preposti (SLA).
  • Gestione di incident e request, con turnazione e reperibilità.
Requirements
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito STEM
  • Esperienza minima maturata in servizi di help desk IT e/o gestione dei servizi di help desk
  • Conoscenza base di processi e dei modi di lavoro di servizi di help desk, preferibilmente ITIL
  • Conoscenza e interesse ad utilizzare strumenti informatici, strumenti di ticketing e linguaggio SQL
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (mattina/pomeriggio/weekend) e reperibilità nei weekend

Overview

As SW Consultant, you promote and sell the Service Product Portfolio to the existing customers. This is to consult the customer in operation efficiency improvement and material flow optimization related to the Kardex software in use, to support software service product sales when it comes to systems, in conjunction with the New Business software sales team, and to set up and maintain a country based annual sales and marketing plan for software services.

You will act as a brand ambassador by modelling the Kardex Remstar Core Values in every interaction with customers & colleagues and be the face of the Life Cycle Service department at our customer sites across the country.

Your tasks
  • Sell modification of service contract coverage
  • Sell technical upgrade
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction and customer visits
  • Make quotation for upgrade of service coverage
  • Make quotation for technical upgrade
  • Make quotation for parts-kits
  • Make quotation for moves (complete info from PM)
  • Follow sale process (with CRM included recontact customer)
  • Weekly report of activities
  • Visit customers to present Service products, contracts and upgrade solution
  • Prepare lessons-learned meetings and report learnings back into the organization especially concerning customer insights and needs which are to be considered towards product development and customer expectations related to the TNS customer satisfaction journey
  • Identification and clarification of commercial risks incl. T&C clarifications and coordination with superiors and responsible departments / colleagues within the project team.
  • Clarification meeting with customers to finalize customer decision and price negotiation with customers

Close cooperation with other departments

Your profile Training / Education
  • Technical bachelor’s degree or relevant similar experience
  • Degree of business school or equal through experience
  • SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman PSS, Trusted Advisor Level 3
  • Very good technical knowledge in EDP / IT
  • Comprehensive knowledge of intralogistics / logistics (including processes, order picking, conveyor technology, robotics) is an advantage
  • Experience in creating functional descriptions of intralogistics / logistics solutions (functional specifications)
  • Mastery of Kardex business tools (MS-Office, SAP, CRM-Salesforce)
  • Intra-) logistics knowledge
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service. or technical dept and in sales
  • Basic Marketing Skills for industrial goods in B2B environment
  • Confidence and dexterity in dealing with customer inquiries about sales offers made
  • Analysis of business and intralogistic processes

  • Develop bug fixes, backport patches, and work with upstream for inclusion
  • Review code produced by other engineers
  • Demonstrate good judgment in technical methods and techniques
  • Prioritize work and manage your time effectively against those priorities
  • Participate in team discussions to improve processes, tools, and documentation
  • Maintain clear, technical and concise communications
  • Work from home and travel internationally up to 10% of work time for team meetings, events and conferences

Il nostro ufficio “R&D_Assistenza ARXivar” ha la responsabilità di supportare il cliente nella risoluzione di problematiche complesse e specifiche delle soluzioni software prodotte al fine di garantire che Able Tech fornisca un servizio professionale e tempestivo. Per il potenziamento dell’area stiamo cercando 1 SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST_ARXIVAR da inserire in un percorso di crescita e formazione, rivolto a neodiplomati o neolaureati interessati ad avviare la propria carriera nel mondo informatico.


Offriamo la possibilità di lavorare in ambiente dinamico, flessibile e informale con affiancamento costante e formazione tecnica continua.

Modalità lavorativa ibrida con smart working 2 giorni a settimana, ticket restaurant, welfare aziendale e assistenza sanitaria.


A supporto del team aziendale e in collaborazione con i colleghi dell’area ti occuperai di:


  • Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello tramite attività di Helpdesk e assistenza alle aziende clienti, Business Partner e consulenti ABLE Tech nelle fasi di installazione, aggiornamento e utilizzo delle soluzioni di Document e Workflow Management,
  • Gestione e tracciamento di richieste di assistenza da parte degli utenti attraverso la piattaforma Ticketing,
  • Analisi delle problematiche tecniche e individuazione delle soluzioni, con il supporto dei colleghi più esperti.


Requisiti:

  • Diploma e/o Laurea triennale in ambito tecnico, informatico o scientifico,
  • Interesse per il mondo delle soluzioni software di gestione documentale e workflow,
  • Conoscenza base del linguaggio SQL e dei database (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB),
  • Buone doti relazionali, attitudine al lavoro in team e voglia di imparare,
  • Propensione al problem solving e al pensiero analitico,
  • Domicilio nel raggio di 30/40 Km dalla sede di Lonato.


Retribuzione ed inquadramento verranno definiti in sede di selezione ed inserimento, in base alla formazione ed esperienza pregressa.
