- Esperienza nell'implementazione e nell'ottimizzazione di programmi di reporting utilizzando Power BI
- Buona conoscenza di Business Object, Datastage e Oracle
- Conoscenza di sviluppo procedure SQL
- Capacità di esecuzione di assesment
- Mapping di processi esistenti (di ingestion, dwh, mapping e creazione report)
- Ottima esperienza su sviluppo e rilascio di scenari di ETL (Talend Open Studio)
- Gradita la conoscenza di almeno un altro tool di Data Analytics
- Esperienza in attività di analisi e sviluppo complesse
- Buone capacità nella gestione e realizzazione dei progetti in ambito Business Intelligence

Il candidato ideale dovrà avere le seguenti competenze obbligatorie:
- Esperienza avanzata con Microsoft SQL Server per la gestione e ottimizzazione di database
- Conoscenza di strumenti ETL (preferibilmente Azure Data Factory) per la trasformazione e integrazione dei dati
- Capacità di progettare e ottimizzare modelli di dati per il Data Warehouse
- Esperienza con strumenti di BI come Power BI per la creazione di report e dashboard
- Conoscenza di T-SQL per la scrittura di query avanzate e procedure memorizzate
- Familiarità con Azure e tecnologie cloud per la gestione dei dati
Soft Skills:
- Capacità di analizzare i dati e proporre soluzioni efficaci
- Abilità nel collaborare con team multidisciplinari e interagire con stakeholder aziendali
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e proporre miglioramenti ai processi
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra in ambienti dinamici e internazionali
Responsabilità:
- Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti aziendali per l'evoluzione del Data Warehouse
- Sviluppo e manutenzione di pipeline ETL per l'integrazione dei dati
- Creazione di report e dashboard per il monitoraggio delle KPI aziendali
- Supporto agli utenti per l'analisi dei dati e la navigazione delle informazioni

Job Description
The candidate will become the leading member of the Business Intelligence Team and will collaborate with the rest of the IT Team on projects for companies of the Elemaster group.
He/She will design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions to support Business Processes; collaborating transversally with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Facilities and Project Management departments.
The desired methodology is “design once, run everywhere” since Elemaster is a group of multinational companies.
