che, rispondendo direttamente al capoturno, avrà la responsabilità di:
- Verificare e monitorare la corretta gestione delle giacenze presenti in magazzino,
- Verificare gli articoli a peso variabile,
- Controllare le anagrafiche degli articoli,
- Preparare gli inventari,
- Coordinare i colleghi delle cooperative per l inserimento della merce a magazzino.
RequisitiIl/la candidato/a ideale è un/una Neo/a-Diplomato o una risorsa con esperienza in ambito logistica.
Completano il profilo flessibilità, organizzazione e un forte senso di responsabilità. Si offre contratto a tempo determinato.

La risorsa verrà inserita presso lo stabilimento di Desenzano del Garda e si occuperà di coordinamento e gestione lavori delle risorse presenti in magazzino.
Si occuperà inoltre di registrare il flusso di merce in entrata e uscita mediante pc, nello specifico tramite Excel.
Si richiede:
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e di Excel
- esperienza pregressa nella medesima mansione di almeno 2 anni
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Job Purpose :
The primary objective of this role is to lead the optimization of warehouse functions by providing comprehensive knowledge of EWM. This includes designing, testing, and implementing solutions as a logistics subject matter expert. Responsibilities encompass gathering and documenting business requirements, testing, issue resolution, training, knowledge transfer, creating user guides, analysis, go-live support, and promoting best practices for SAP EWM in logistics centers.
- Evaluate and analyze key warehouse metrics such as throughput, capacity, and storage types to support new business proposals and ensure EWM supports evolving requirements, proposing changes as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business application users, process owners, SME's, improvement teams, SAP developers, supply chain engineers, and logistics operations.
- Support EWM superusers with guidance and training to ensure readiness for future releases and rollouts, minimizing issues during go-lives.
- Maintain documentation and conduct training to ensure logistics teams have access to relevant information now and in the future.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics through effective design, configuration, testing, and support aligned with business and product roadmaps.
- Recommend configurations and developments for the logistics platform to meet business needs.
- Provide SME guidance to users and business leaders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Translate logistics requirements into solutions that deliver value and align with best practices.
- Proactively manage problems by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising employees required.
- Required Education: GCSEs.
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to execute instructions and seek clarification.
- Demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse groups.

· Conduct evaluations and analyses on key warehouse operating metrics, such as throughput, capacity, storage types and quantities, supports analysis and plans for new business proposals’ effect on Logistics , ensuring EWM can support new requirements and provide proposals for change
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Business application users, Business process owners, Application SME's, Continuous Improvement teams, SAP Application Development, Supply Chain Engineers and Logistics operations
- Provide the EWM core team superusers with guidance and support ensuring they have the knowledge and ability to support future releases and Country roll outs, mitigating against any issues with future Go lives
- Create and maintain documentation and perform training to ensure TD SYNNEX logistics has access to relevant functional and technical information now and into the future
- Own EWM continuous improvements in logistics while driving the design, configuration, testing and support of agreed deliverables in line with business unit roadmaps, product roadmaps and business outcomes.
- Provide logistics platform EWM configuration and development recommendations ensuring the tools are configured for the business' needs.
