• Leggere ed interpretare dati elettrici di macchina, esigenze contrattuali e prescrizioni del cliente;• Leggere ed interpretare schemi unifilari, schemi funzionali al fine di selezionare le informazioni necessarie alla progettazione di base e dettaglio di quadri elettrici;• Definire e redigere layout di quadri di comando motori;• Scelta e dimensionamento della componentistica elettrica da utilizzare (contattori, fusibili.);• Calcoli e dimensionamenti elettrici di Inverter e starter per motori;• Definire e redigere specifiche tecniche per l’acquisto di quadri elettrici di varie tipologie;• Definire e redigere specifiche tecniche per l’acquisto di materiali elettrici di varie tipologie (trasformatori, sezionatori, interruttori);• Configurazione e parametrizzazione di drive in bassa tensione;• Seguire la costruzione con i fornitori dei quadri.

• ITS Meccatronico/Automazione o Laurea triennale in discipline tecniche elettrico/automazione/energia;• Precedenti esperienze in studi tecnici di progettazione elettrica industriale o civile;• Conoscenza di normative internazionali quali EN / IEC / UL / CSA costituirà titolo preferenziale;• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word/Excel);• Buona conoscenza di CAD elettrico (EPLAN o similari) costituirà titolo preferenziale;• Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello almeno B1 CEFR.

Nel Dettaglio, La Risorsa Si Occuperà Di

• Analizzare la documentazione tecnica del cliente (capitolati, specifiche, gare d’appalto);
• Svolgere sopralluoghi tecnici presso clienti per comprendere esigenze impiantistiche;
• Proporre la migliore soluzione tecnico-economica in in accordo alle richieste del cliente;
• Interfacciarsi con i clienti per approfondimenti tecnici e condivisione delle soluzioni proposte;
• Collaborare attivamente con i reparti interni (Sales, Tecnico, Acquisti, Service);
• Gestire i rapporti con fornitori (Caterpillar e altri) per la definizione delle configurazioni più idonee;
• Negoziare i costi e verificare la sostenibilità economica delle offerte.
  
  

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Energetica o affini (o diploma tecnico con esperienza equivalente);

Reporting to the Engineering Manager of the Green Power and Assets Business Unit, the Electrical Technical Manager is responsible for leading the electrical design activities of renewable energy plants, with a focus on optimizing material usage and construction efficiency. The role acts as the focal point for all electrical engineering matters, from proposal to commissioning phase, ensuring compliance with technical standards and promoting innovation in equipment and design.

• Coordinate with the Energy Specialist to develop optimized electrical layouts during both proposal and execution phases.
• Utilize dedicated software to support the preparation of documentation and Material Take-Offs (MTOs).
• Review and provide technical input on engineering designs developed by external subcontractors, aiming to minimize quantities and costs.
• Identify optimal routes for cableways to reduce excavation and backfilling works.
• Optimize the number and configuration of electrical equipment (e.g., STS, inverters) to balance performance and cable requirements.
• Act as the reference point for electrical standards and regulations in Italy and abroad.

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (LM-28) or a diploma in industrial electrotechnical engineering with proven professional experience.
