CIVIL ENGINEER

Principali responsabilità:

• Sviluppo/revisione/coordinamento/follow-up della progettazione disciplinare (calcoli, disegni, ecc.) durante la fase di proposta, progettazione FEED, progettazione esecutiva, costruzione, secondo i principali standard e codici internazionali (Eurocodici, ASCE, ACI, AISC), in conformità con gli standard e le istruzioni aziendali;
• Interfaccia e coordinamento con altre discipline;
• Preparazione di computi metrici estimativi nelle fasi di proposta, progettazione esecutiva e costruzione;
• Supporto tecnico nelle attività di cantiere durante la fase di costruzione civile e di montaggio delle strutture in acciaio.

REQUISITI

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Civile;
• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in progettazione civile e strutturale, di cui 3 preferibilmente maturati nel settore oil and gas;
• Gradita l'esperienza di cantiere nel settore oil and gas;
• Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sia in Italia che all'estero (in particolare Middle East);
• Conoscenza dei software SAP 2000 o STAAD PRO;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e ottima conoscenza dell'italiano.

Requirement

• We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Civil Engineer, available to travel abroad, with a degree in Civil Engineering, to join our International Division and participate in prestigious projects in the global market. Main responsibilities include involvement in the design and supervision of every phase of projects in the transport infrastructure sector, from airports to metros and hospitals, under the supervision of senior engineers.
• At least 2 years' previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers or architects from other disciplines. Knowledge of major design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc. and calculation software is essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both under supervision and independently, taking responsibility for specific parts of the work. Inclination to participate in conference calls/meetings with clients and partners is essential, as well as a strong ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and be flexible, given the dynamic nature of the work environment.
• The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges in countries with different regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.

Who we want to work with:

Key activities and responsibilities:

As part of Civil team and in particular within the Geotechnical Group, Geotechnical Engineer will work with the Project Civil Leader with the following task:

• to prepare:

* specifications for geotechnical and topographical survey;

* project specifications for earthworks;

* work requisitions for tenders;

* geotechnical interpretative report;

• if it is necessary to make use of external services, the Geotechnical Engineer collaborates in the identification of specialized suppliers, drawing up the relative technical specifications of the services, evaluating the offers received with the necessary technical opinion and coordinating/managing the suppliers ensuring the technical interface with the project team of the Unit to which they belong;
• definition of pile bearing capacities and shallow foundations;
• study of geotechnical surveys;

Personal Attributes:

• Degree in Civil Geotechnical Engineering and or Master on Geotechnical;
• minimum 10 years of experience in Geotechnical engineering in plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power;
• experience in international working groups distributed in different locations (engineering centers or sites);
• fluent English speaker and writer;
• good knowledge of: Civil 3D, Autocad, Plaxis;
• full availability for transfers abroad at site and or office.
