What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

• Initiate, plan, and execute digital marketing and technology projects.
• Establish project goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and commercial teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques.
• Conduct all Agile sprint ceremonies of the P&E department ensuring they are in line with business goals;
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies;
• Design Agile ceremonies for other departments outside of P&E to promote a collaborative work environment
• Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, deadlines, and potential issues.
• Create and improve regular events such as Hackathons and Department Health checks aligned with P&C and Employer Branding strategies
• Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.
• Organize and manage resources, including personnel allocation, equipment, and budgets for specific projects.
• Write reports on project results and make recommendations for future projects.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities.
