The CREDIT SPECIALIST is responsible for Credit Management in its most complete sense i.e. optimizing cash flows, promptly facilitating the resolution of disputes, and making contributions to business development while keeping constant focus on DSO performance.

This position reports to the Senior Emea Credit Manager and is part of the Emea Center of Excellence in Credit Management located in Buccinasco (Milano) and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Credit Management

  • To manage the cash collection procedure to improve cash flow and reduce delays in payments.
  • Release blocked orders in accordance to LBS Credit Policy
  • Investigate disputes, identify root causes and follow up the escalation process

Risk Management

  • Assess credit risk of potential and existing customers and make recommendations of credit limits (new and ongoing)
  • analyze credit data and financial statements

Based on her/his language and professional skills, she/he will be involved to manage a customer portfolio consisting of Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals and Clinics, and Regional Distributors among different Emea’s countries.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, BW
  • good people skills and capability to maintain balanced attitude under stress level

Travel:

  • Availability to travel one a quarter to meet local Team
  • Availability customer visit if needed

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Have prior credit collection experience, at least 3 years

Language requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Other languages as French or German or Spanish are a plus high recognized

Principal Analog Design Engineer

This role is a key position within our Optical PHY (CE-OPHY) team, which is part of our Central Engineering division. Our team is at the forefront of designing high-speed and optical transceivers for modern communication infrastructure. This technology is critical for addressing the explosive demand for bandwidth in mega data centers that power social media, video-on-demand, gaming, and other real-time data streams. We are dedicated to developing innovative, first-to-market chips and subsystem solutions that push the boundaries of data rates and power efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Design & Architecture: analyze and interpret block specifications, take ownership of transistor-level design, and select the most appropriate topologies. Design entire analog macros or IPs from initial concept to final mass production.
  • Verification & Validation: model and validate circuit blocks; supervise layout activities, provide clear guidelines, and conduct rigorous post-layout verifications to ensure design integrity.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: work closely with other engineering teams to enhance existing solutions; participate in cross-functional meetings; train and mentor junior designers to build the team's expertise.
  • Project Management: manage pre-silicon tasks (simulation and modeling) and post-silicon tasks (lab characterization, debugging, correlating measurements to simulations) through to high-volume production.
Candidate Profile

Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated and qualified Global Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory function and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing regulatory strategies that support the company’s product development and commercialization goals.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead our global regulatory efforts, with a particular focus on clinical development programs. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in EMA and FDA regulatory pathways, scientific advice procedures, and eCTD submissions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our regulatory strategy across all stages of product development, from early clinical trials to market authorization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement global regulatory strategies to support clinical development and product registration.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including INDs, CTAs, MAAs, NDAs, amendments, and responses to health authority questions.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of EMA and FDA interactions, including scientific advice, pre-IND/IMPD meetings, and advisory committee preparation.
  • Ensure timely and compliant preparation of dossiers in eCTD format.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory requirements, trends, and best practices.
  • Represent the company in direct communications and meetings with regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Medical Team, Pharmaco Vigilance, CMC, and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in a life sciences discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of successful interactions with both EMA and FDA across multiple phases of development.
  • Strong knowledge of eCTD format , GCP, ICH guidelines, and global clinical trial regulations.
  • Experience leading regulatory strategy for clinical-stage programs is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory trends and proactively manage risks.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in oncology or immunology drug development.
  • Prior involvement in health authority advisory meetings and global regulatory submissions from early-phase to post-marketing.
  • Familiarity with orphan drug designation, fast track, and breakthrough therapy programs is a plus.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in the retail field
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Advanced 3D design and rendering skills
  • Experience managing external/internal stakeholders
  • Autonomy, stress management, accuracy
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
