Responsibilities

• To provide technical and consultative services on NetWitness solutions on a range of complex consulting engagement projects.
• These projects may include conducting workshops, analyzing requirements, developing solution design and recommendations, documentation, and delivering training of NetWitness solutions for the customer.
• Works closely with project managers (or acts as project manager), other personnel, and the customer to ensure a smooth project implementation and transition from start to completion.
• Delivers services both independently as well as in a team environment, working closely with NetWitness sales, other personnel, and clients.
• Works on complex projects and manages multiple work streams. Defines and authors deliverables. Delivers projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning, and SOW requirements.
• Leads project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews. Understands and adheres to proper escalation and change control procedures. Validates requirements, limited prototyping and functionality design and creates proposals that address current and evolving client requirements.
• May manage or function as technical lead on small to medium projects or workstreams of larger, more complex projects. Understands customer business challenges and provides strategy that addresses long term goals. PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

The Jr Legal Counsel will support the Legal Function in corporate activities such as contract review, corporate governance and compliance. The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international Corporate Legal Department, also supporting the team during M&A activities.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Contract review: review and draft general contracts and deeds related to domestic and international commercial law, Real Estate, labor law, consumer law, e-commerce law, IT, Intellectual property Rights related matters, Sponsorships, trade practices and finance related matters.
• Corporate Governance: Preparation of governing bodies meetings, minutes, resolutions and proxies; Supporting M&A activities
• Compliance: support in the management of the Model of Organization, management and control ex D.lgs. 231/01.; and other corporate compliance and ethics program,
• Data Privacy: support in the activities related to the compliance with applicable data privacy and security laws bringing all internal procedures in line with the GDPR 679/16 and privacy policies;

RINA Consulting S.p.A. is seeking a Chemical Laboratory Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of Space & Defense projects in La Spezia. As a valued team member, you will oversee and manage various projects in an innovative and dynamic work environment, contributing to advancements in ceramic materials and their applications.

This role involves pushing the boundaries of laser technology, developing advanced solutions impacting the industry and beyond.

As a Chemical Laboratory Engineer at RINA Consulting S.p.A., your responsibilities include:

• Conducting bibliographic research to identify promising ceramic compositions and synthesis methods.
• Screening commercial powders for suitability.
• Characterizing powders using techniques like DSC-TGA, XRD, SEM, FT-IR, and particle size analysis.
• Implementing thermo-mechanical treatments to optimize powder distribution.
• Engaging in process engineering and scale-up activities.
• Developing techniques for dopant insertion into ceramic matrices.
• Analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

La figura avrà la responsabilità della gestione di attività di incident management di secondo livello e threat hunting .

In particolare, sarà in grado di analizzare in maniera autonoma un incidente di sicurezza, effettuare ricerche sui sistemi SIEM per individuare gli eventi collegati, valutare il rischio associato a un evento di sicurezza e definire una possibile remediation per mitigare una minaccia di cybersecurity.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Conoscenza di base di infrastrutture IT complesse : Reti e protocolli di comunicazione, Database, Application Server, WebServer
• Conoscenza di base di sistemi operativi Server: Linux e Windows
• Conoscenza approfondita delle normative in ambito di dataprivacy e dataprotection
• Conoscenza approfondita dei concetti generali di cyber security e dei principali metodi di attacco
• Esperienza comprovata nell’utilizzo di strumenti SIEM, SOAR, EDR e XDR per la gestione di eventi di sicurezza, con conoscenza preferenziale della piattaforma Netwitness (log e packet)
